Dear I think we need more information to understand the cause of pain. Maybe you have shin splint which is a common sports injury and acl rupture is coincidental.

Hello, please send your all investigation report This type of backache is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advice:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

In muscles twist occur, from last two month it happen twice or thrice a day, but from last one week it more frequent, all over body except above neck means neck, face and head, sir tell me reason and is it curable, can I live normal life as before, one thing I would like to mention I suffer lot of stress and anxiety from last 1-2 year, but I never took treatment for it. Good morning, Stress and anxiety, way over the limits that you can handle can cause tense muscles to the point that they spasm and cause the kind of twists that you mention. I believe that you should be able to recover from the anxiety and worry by the use of medications that will help with the depression as well. Hi this is dr.Vyas dear plz take a x-ray to check any fracture or creak is there if not then its ligament injury u have to take crayo therapy (ICE pack).It may reduce yr swelling use iodex or any inflammatory ointment and gental massage. If not cure then go for physiotherapy sessions for ultra-sound therapy u may get relief.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.
