I have a dream of making my country free of DIABETES. I'm a marathon runner and practice meditation in the form of VIPASANA and AOL. I always motivate my patients to join either physical training or meditation or both. I update myself regularly by attending all major conferences on diabetes and asthma. Dear lybrate-user, Please visit a nearby Diabetologist to control your diabetes. Donât go for Ayurveda currently as sugars are high. Regards.
