Dear lybrate-user, Dengue as such do not have any particular medicine. The medicines prescribed are according to your symptoms. Usually in dengue fever the person feels very week, so you should take care of your diet. Take plenty of liquid (juice, water etc) and take easily digestible healthy food. You can take juice of papaya leaves 2 tsf twice daily along with Ayurvedic medicines. For medicines you have to consult me to give details of your symptoms.

Hi sir, I am allergic to strong odor either bad or good, seems to have dust allergy, am unable to bear the Smell, kindly suggest me remedy.

Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
Is your dust allergy is severe? dust allergies are caused by many substances like pollen, mites, wood etc. Many lifesyle changes can help: avoid using galichas\carpeting instead go for hardwood or vinyl\ tiles floors. Vacuum upholstered furniture such as sofas. Wood, leather, plaster, or metal furniture is better for dust allergies. Replace drapes with roll-up window shades. If you must have curtains, wash them in hot water each season. Get rid of stuffed animals, stuffed furnitures, soft toys, and other dust collectors. Once you get the allergy then it can be cured by use of certain medications which I may prescribe. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Mr. lybrate-user Kumar deb, your creatinine level is too high to reduce it only by means of household remedies. Just get the proper treatment for it as early as possible. You can consult for the medicine as I would require your related problems and symptoms. Don't worry it will cure. For now avoid spicy, oily, junk foods. Take simple food.

Avoid excessive stimulation and fast thought about sex, divert your mind towards other side and not go for fast ride. Use condom for sometimes. Ask your partner to squeeze the tip of penis just before ejaculation. Do it 2 times in a week for 6 weeks. It will help you.
