My weight is increasing at very alarming rate, even I am not aboe to walk properly so please suggest some tips to lose weight.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Mere period miss ho rhe pichli baar 17ko aaya tha and is baar abhi tak nhi aaya hai jbki maine relationship ke dauraan unwanted72bhi li thi 16march period k ek din phle. Kya uski wajha se mere period abhi tak nahi aay kindly help me.

Unwanted 72 ke chalte period late ho sakta hai. Nahi to 26 march ke baad urine pregnancy test kar sakti hain, agar period 17 feb ko tha aur sex 16 march ko to pregnancy ka chance nahi ke barabar hai.

For reducing weight, healthy diet and exercise together are the best method. Some general guidelines are: 1. Have right food in right quantity at right time. 2. Take small and frequent 5-6 meals a day. 3. Drink plenty of fluids. 4. Avoid fried foods. 5. Eat more of fruits and vegetables. 6. Regular exercise and brisk walk. 7. Sound sleep and rest. 8. Avoid refined cereals like maida, rice etc.

Thanks for the query. Since you are diabetic, it is essential to get appropriately treated. Blood glucose should be maintained - Fasting:< 100 mg, PP :150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. For uterine problem consult your gynecologist. Thanks.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

I drink the water more specifically eating before half hour and eating after half hour but with in 5 minutes water is not remain in my body is rolled out again throats are getting dry this is winter and then especially at summer season has lot so please help me on this.

Hello, if you want to prevent skin problems due to hot climate please maimtain your body hydrated like drinking atleast 5-6 liters of water, include liqiuids in daily diet like fruit juice, coconut water etc. And you can use sunscreen lotion which is having spf 30.
