To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. I have gone through your query and can understand your concern. It's not clear what causes irritable bowel syndrome, treatment focuses on the relief of symptoms. Following steps should be taken 1. Eliminating high-gas foods such items as carbonated beverages, vegetables — especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower — and raw fruits. 2.Some people are sensitive to types of carbohydrates such as fructose, fructans & lactose, called FODMAPs .FODMAPs are found in certain grains, vegetables, fruits and dairy products such as wheat, rye, barley, onion, garlic, apples, apricots, avocados, blackberries, cherries, etc 3.Taking fiber supplements, such as psyllium or methylcellulose, with fluids may help control constipation. Fiber obtained from food may cause much more bloating compared with a fiber supplement. 4.Anti-diarrheal medications such as loperamide, can help control diarrhea. 5.Anticholinergic and antispasmodic medications. These medications, such as hyoscyamine and dicyclomine, can help relieve painful bowel spasms. They should not be used if you have constipation. 6.Counseling. You may benefit from counseling if you have depression or if stress tends to worsen your symptoms. 7. In some people improvement in diarrhea symptoms occurs, if they stop eating gluten (wheat, barley and rye) Don't worry you would be fine Hoping your query is solved.

पेट का रोग आज एक आम बिमारी है. पेट की बिमारी पेट से संबंधित लोगों की समस्याएं बढ़ती ही जा रही हैं. जाहिर है इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण आज हमारे खान–पान में आया बदलाव है. आजकल एसिडिटी, जी मचलना, अल्सर आदि कई पेटों की बीमारियों ने बहुत से लोगों को अपना शिकार बना रखा है. यदि हम चाहें तो पेट की समस्याओं पर निजात पा सकते हैं. आइए पेट की बीमारियों और उनसे बचने की उपायों को समझें.

गैस बनना
कहते हैं न कि अति किसी भी चीज की बुरी होती है. हम बात कर रहे हैं पेट में भोजन को पचाने वाले अम्ल की. हम जो भी खाते हैं उसे ये अम्ल ही पचाता है. लेकिन कई बार ऐसी परिस्थितियां उत्पन्न हो जाती हैं जिससे कि इसका दुष्प्रभाव नजर आने लगता है. दरअसल ऐसा तब होता है जब पचाने के लिए निकलने वाला अम्ल जरूरत से ज्यादा निकल जाता है या जब हमारे पेट में पर्याप्त भोजन नहीं होता हैओर अम्ल की मात्रा ज्यादा हो जाती है. सीने में होने वाली समस्या भी ऐसे ही दुष्प्रभाव का नतीजा है. पेट में गैस बनने का कारण तैलीय और मसालेदार भोजन है. इस तरह के भोजन को पचाने के लिए ज्यादा एसिड चाहिए होता है. इस आवश्यकता से अधिक एसिड को बनाने के लिए एसिड का उत्पादन करने वाली कोशिकाओं को उत्तेजित करना पड़ता है.

क्या है पेट के गैस से निपटने का उपचार

1. दूध
दूध एक सम्पूर्ण पौष्टिक आहार होने के साथ-साथ भोजन के अम्लीय प्रभाव को नष्ट करने वाला भी है. हलांकि इसका प्रयोग डॉक्टर के सलाह से ही करना चाहिए क्योंकि कुछ लोगों में दूध एसिडिटी को बढ़ाने वाला भी होता है.
2. हरी सब्जियां, फल और लौंग
हरी सब्जियां और फल हमारे पेट हो साफ़ करने में मदद करती हैं. इससे एसिडिटी भी रूकती है. इसके अलावा लौंग खाने से भी एसिडिटी कम होती है. जब लौंग का रस मुंह के लार के साथ मिलकर पेट में पहुंचता है तो हम राहत महसूस करते हैं.
3. पानी
सुबह उठने के साथ ही पानी पीना बहुत फायदेमंद होता है. इससे होने वाले कई फायदों में एक ये भी है कि इससे गैस की समस्या भी ख़त्म होती है. होता ये है कि पानी पेट में आवश्यकता से अधिक बने एसिड और अन्य अपशिष्ट पदार्थों को बाहर निकालता है.
4. समय से भोजन
अनियमित खान-पान से कई तरह की समस्याएं उत्पन्न होती हैं. पेट में बनने वाला गैस भी इसका एक परिणाम हो सकता है. यदि आप इससे बचाना चाहते हैं तो रात का भोजन सोने से दो से तीन घंटे पहले कर लिया करें.
5. नारियल पानी
नारियल का पानी पीने से भी एसिडिटी में आराम मिलता है. इसके अलावा आप खाने में अदरक का इस्तेमाल करके भी पाचन क्रिया को दुरुस्त कर सकते हैं. इससे पेट में होने वाला जलन भी रुकता है.
6. व्यायाम
यदि आप नियमित रूप से व्यायाम करें तो कई अवांछित बीमारियाँ तो ऐसे ही आपसे दूर रहेंगी. क्योंकि नियमित व्यायाम और योग करने से पाचन तंत्र और तंत्रिका तंत्र का संतुलन बना रहता है.
7. कार्बोहाइड्रेट
कार्बोहाइड्रेट पेट के गैस को रोकने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. कार्बोहाइड्रेट का सबसे प्रमुख स्त्रोत है चावल. कार्बोहाइड्रेट की वजह से पेट में एसिड की कम मात्रा बनती है.
8. पेट का अल्सर
पेट में होने वाली परेशानियों में एक है पेप्टिक अल्सर. छोटी आंत की परत में होने वाले घाव को पेप्टिक अल्सर कहते हैं. पेट में संक्रमण हेलिकोबेक्टर पायलोरी नामक बैक्टिरिया की वजह से होता है. इसके होने के कुछ प्रमुख कारण है डिस्प्रिन, ऐस्प्रिन, ब्रूफेन जैसी दर्दनाशक आदि का सेवन. इसके अलावा ये धुम्रपान आदि से भी हो सकता है. आपको अल्सर है और आप तनाव में रहते हैं या मसालेदार खाना खाते हैं तो मामला ज्यादा बिगड़ सकता है.

पेप्टिक अल्सर के लक्षण
1. थकान होना
2. सीने में दर्द
3. मल देर से होना या मल के साथ खून आना
4. वजन में कमी
5. उल्टी होना

क्या है पेप्टिक अल्सर के लक्षण?
1. जी मचलने जैसा महसूस होना
2. हमेशा ऐसा लगना जैसे कि पेट भरा हुआ है
3. खाने के एक से तीन घंटे के बाद ही भूख लगने जैसा या खाली पेट जैसा महसूस होना
4. पेट में दर्द होना. कभी-कभी ये दर्द बहुत तेज हो सकता है.
5. अपच होना या खाने के बाद पेट में दर्द होना.

क्या है इसका उपचार
चूँकि ये बिमारी पेट में बनने वाले एसिड की वजह से होती है इसलिए इसमें एसिड को दबाने वाली दवाओं के साथ कुछ एंटीबायोटिक दवाएं दी जाती हैं. इन सबके अलावा कुछ और उपचार हैं जिन्हें अपनाने से राहत मिलती है.
1. नशा, जैसे कि स्मोकिंग और ड्रिंकिंग बंद कर दें
2. कॉफ़ी (कैफीन रहित भी) पिने से बचें.
3. पेट में एसिड की मात्रा बढ़ाने वाली चीजें जैसे कि सोडा आदि पीने से बचें.
4. सेब, अजवायन, करौंदा और उसका रस, प्याज, लहसुन और चाय एच पायलोरी आदि का भरपूर सेवन करें. क्योंकि इसमें प्रचुर मात्रा में फ्लेवॉनॉइड पाया जाता है.
5. फल और सब्जियां खूब खाएं. क्योंकि इसमें रेशा होता है और ये रेशा अल्सर के खतरे को कम करता है.

उल्टी होना या जी मचलना
यदि देखा जाए तो उल्टी होना या जी मचलना कोई एक बिमारी न होकरके कई बीमारियों का संकेत है. जब भी आपको जी मचलने जैसा महसूस होता है तब आप ऐसा महसूस करते हैं कि जैसे कि पेट अपने आपको एकदम खाली कर देना चाहता हो. लेकिन ये परेशानी पेट से सम्बंधित है तो हमें ये जरुर पता करना चाहिए कि इसकी असली वजह क्या है.

क्या हो सकता है इसका कारण?

  • महिलाओं के गर्भावस्था के दौरान ज्यादातर मामलों में उल्टी होना आम बात है.
  • दवाओं की वजह से
  • ज्यादा दूर तक पैदल चलना
  • पेट खराब होना
  • भावनात्मक तनाव या किसी चीज का डर

Snoring problems can be innocent simple snoring or part of obstructive sleep apnea (which has significant health risks). Except for mandibular devices let me assure there is no home remedy or medicine for snoring. You will require one or all of the following. Proper ent assessment, sleep study, ct scan of sinuses. Once your severity of is known you may be advised weight reduction, life style changes and cpap or surgery upfront. Indeed your problem is much more complex than you think.

Use sugar scrub to erase pimple marks- this is a simple and easy scrub for healthy, pimple-marks free, glowing skin. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

It looks like you have piles. However there is nothing to worry. Piles are treated with diet modifications and some medicine in more than 90% cases. You must avoid constipation. Take plenty of fibre, fruits and fluids. Avoid non-veg, fried and spicy food. Take extra fibre like isafgole with water as a dietary supplement twice a day. How To Prevent Dental Cavities

Dental cavities, often the result of tooth decay is a natural factor that occurs in all humans. However, depending upon the amount of care that you give to your teeth, dental cavities usually occur at different time periods for different people. For children who eat a lot of sweets, dental cavities are likely to arise at an early age if they do not protect their teeth by brushing them in the morning and at night. Similarly, dental cavities can also arise in young people, and is one of the prime reasons for loss of teeth. In order to understand how to take care of dental activities, it is important to first understand what causes them.

Causes

Bacteria usually lives within a person's mouth. The bacteria are responsible for converting the food in to acids. The food pieces, mixed with the acids, the bacteria and the saliva all combine, resulting in the formation of a sticky substance known as plaque. As a person chews his food, the plaque tends to get stuck to the teeth. Over the passage of time, as the plaque is not removed from the teeth, it turns in to a substance which is known as tartar. The tartar begins to irritate the gums, which results in diseases such as gingivitis or periodontitis.

Tooth decay begins to take place if the plaque is not removed from the teeth. For an average person, plaque begins to set in 20 minutes after eating, ultimately damaging the enamel on your teeth, and creating holes in your teeth, which in dental terminology, are regarded as dental cavities. Caring for dental cavities is not an overnight procedure; a person needs to be consistent in cleaning their teeth. However, once dental cavities, or the holes, have been formed in a person's teeth, they can only be rectified by a professional dentist.

Treatment

Filling is one of the most common treatments chosen by individuals who have dental cavities. Dentists usually fill the teeth by first removing the decayed material with the help of a drill, and then use another material, often being porcelain or composite resin, in order to fill it up. In some instances, gold, silver and platinum are also used. For frontal teeth, porcelain and composite resin are usually preferred, as they both match the appearance of natural teeth in a person.

The second method is 'crowning. If the tooth structure is significantly limited and the dental cavities are extensive, this might be the preferred option. The first step is the removal of the decayed or damaged area. Once the damaged part has been removed, a crown is placed over the top of the tooth, hence covering the area. Often times, the crown is made out of metal or composite resin or porcelain, and is affixed with a metallic structure.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non vegetarian foods some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. You should do stretching exercises for the whole body n take should calcium n vit d supplements. For neck, do some posture correction. Whatever screen, you are using. It should be at your eye level!

Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time. 6.Take a small potato and grate it; mix it with some honey and dab on the face. Wash the face mask after 15 minutes. You can also rub the potato slices over the dark spots to make them fade. Hi take ginger tea mixed with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves. Massaging the chest with warm sesame oil mixed with salt helps to loosen the phlegm deposited in the chest, especially, when followed with steam inhalation. Take shwas kuthar ras twice a day. Pranacharya asthamin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya shwas vikarasav 2-2 tsf twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take hot water steam.
