Hi Prasad, ya now placenta is low lying but it's just 4th month now, there is every chance of placenta moving upwards as pregnency advances, so we can't decide anything now, but u need to be very careful now, repeat the scan at 28 wks n then see the placenta location.if it's still low lying then u will need surgery.

The pieces which you described are blood clots. If this has happened for the first time there is no reason to worry. Temporary hormonal changes can cause this kind of bleeding. If this is repeating for many months leading to drop in hb%, then definitely you need treatment.

Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. Hello lybrate-user pain during initial days of exercise is quite normal. I would advice you to stop running for 7 days let the pain subside and then again start running. Also start with short distance slow running and gradually increase distance and speed over weeks. Thanks.

Dear user since you Hv spleenomegaly you need to investigate urself thoroughly. Since spleen is an organ of immunity. There are many reasons for spleen to get enlarged like typhoid malaria, etc consult your doctor.

Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? Etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. It will help to remove marks. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. U have high bllod sugar, for medicine contact on private chat in the mean time do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Mr Sameer, The level mentioned is too high and if not controlled early may cause or precipitate long term complications. So see that the level is brought under control rapidly. To give any suggestions I need more information like : Current fasting and PP sugar levels, HbA1c%, drugs being taken with dosage, diet pattern and quantity of physical exercise done daily. It will be better if you come in a private conversation with all the details, where I can give specific suggestions and prescription. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines like she should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (about 100 g / day). etc.

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

I am 28 years old male, suffering from migraine since 6 years. I have consulted many neuro doctors and gone thru all types of head scanning and found nothing in scan report. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Massage your hair with good ayurvedic oil like bhring ranj oil. Sprinkle water in eyes. Take sootshekhar ras. Kaparda bhasm and godanti bhasm with honey two times a day. Pranacharya no tens capsule twice a day with warm water. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Stress. Eat green vegetables. Drink fruits juices. And 7-8 glass of water. Do pranayama early in the morning. Walk for minimum 30 minutes in a day.

Hi, I had bilateral varicocelectomy on 19th august. So when I can do biking, masturbation, sexual activities, gyming etc. Please advice in detail. Also whenever morning wood happens, or erection happens, there is light pain near my right scrotal region, and I haven't masturbated from july 28th. Is that the reason or what? Thanks

You can start doing everything gradually and if it causes any problem wait for another 2-3 wks. 4 to 6 wks is normal healing period allowed for any wound. But actual healing continues way after that too.

HI Lybrate USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 10 ml of honey along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after dinner…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness.

she is a normal girl , may be a little tensed up. due to stress , more steroids are generated by body and steroids do lead to some drops in mammary glands. do write back if there are associated symptoms.
