Crunches and walk are good but have to be mixed with some other form of exercise. Go to you tube and you will find tons of fitness routine... Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibers, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Hello. My height is 5.2 want to be increase my height upyo 6" suggest me safe medicines exercises.
Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

I am 23 years old, I had sex after one day of my period and it was unprotected, I had done pregnancy test by pregnant news kit twice one after 1 month n second after 2 months both were negative, its two months and one week now I dint had my periods what should I do now, same had happened before also I went to doctor and taken some pill and it regained again but now I dont have time to go to doctor, what should I do? please help me.

As per your history there are very little chances of you being pregnant, as you missed your periods previously also, you may be having some hormonal problem, you should go to some qualified doctor, get your ultrasound done and hormones tested and get treatment accordingly.

It'due to impurity of the blood. Change food habites Avoid non veg in hotels spacy junk foods. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad. You take khadhirarist syrup 3 spoon add 3 spoon Luke warm water after lunch end dinner for a month than consult me. Apply Dermacid cream or any other cream availebal in your city.
