No just you are on boundary line. Control sugar in tea take without sugar avoid all types of liquid containing sugar 3-avoid over eating. 4-walk 2to3km daily after dinner. 5-in this way you can avoid diabetes.

Hello sir, I have sleep disorder problem. My age is 35 years. My EEG report is normal. From last 4 years I am taking mirtazapine 7.5 mg (1/2 tablet per night). With this tab. I sleep very well 8-9 hrs. Many times, I try to sleep without this tab. But sleep only 3-4 hrs with disturbing (awake 4-5 times during night) and feels laziness/tiredness in day which disturb my job/routine. So I am taking the mirtazapine continue. I also exercises daily at evening, take 1 glass of milk at night, Drink 8 glass water daily, walking after dinner 2 km but not sleeps properly. I read on internet that sleep medicine increases B.P. And lack of sleep also increases B.P. L want to know the following:- 1. Which is more predominant for high BP (lack of sleep/medicine for sleep). 2. What is long term side effects of mirtazapine, if I continue it. 3. If any serious side effects, please suggest any other medicine (allopathic/Ayurvedic) which has low side effects than mirtazapine. Foods That Can Be Used To Reduce Blood Sugar Level

High blood sugar occurs when the insulin in the body fails to metabolize the sugar from the food, which raises the amount of glucose in your blood. It is a metabolic disorder which can be managed effectively with the help of lifestyle modifications such as exercise and food. This article is going to focus on the foods that you can eat to lower your blood sugar levels.

Here are 9 foods that you can use to reduce blood sugar levels:

Cinnamon: cinnamon is a herb which is very effective in getting your blood sugar down to manageable levels. You can simply sprinkle cinnamon on your food before eating it.

Fenugreek (methi): fenugreek is a common spice which is used in almost all indian cuisines. It has a number of health benefits, one of which is reducing blood sugar levels. Soaking fenugreek in water and then drinking it the next day is a very effective remedy in combating sugar problems.

Garlic: not just for sending away the vampires, it is also very effective in blood sugar control. Extracts of garlic have been shown to increase insulin in the body which is required to metabolize the sugar in the body.

Heart healthy fats: heart healthy fat based foods such as nuts and seeds are good for increasing the good cholesterol levels (hdl) in the body. Avocadoes contain nutrients which lower the risks of various diseases such as diabetes. In a nutshell, these fats make the cells of the body less resistant to insulin.

Cherries: cherries, especially tart cherries and dark sweet cherries, are full of anthrocyanins. Insulin resistance prevents insulin from working properly to control blood sugar in normal ranges. Eating a diet high in anthrocyanins can mean improved use of insulin and lower blood sugars.

Nuts: people who eat nuts regularly have lower rates of heart disease than people who don't eat them.

बदहजमी की तमाम वजहें हो सकती हैं। मसलन भूख से ज्यादा खाना, खाने को सही तरीके से नहीं चबाना, नींद पूरी न होना, खाना सही तरह से पका न होना या फिर एक्सरसाइज न करना। इसके अलावा तेज मसालेदार भोजन और जीवनशैली में बदलाव के कारण भी पाचन की समस्या पैदा हो सकती है।

बदहजमी होने पर इन घरेलू नुस्खों को आजमाएं :

एक चम्मच अजवाइन के साथ नमक मिलाकर खाने से बदहजमी से तुरंत छुटकारा मिलता है।

एक गिलास पानी में पुदीने के रस की दो-तीन बूंदें डालकर हर तीन-चार घंटे के अंतराल पर पीएं।

एक गिलास गुनगुने पानी में एक चम्मच नींबू, अदरक का रस और दो छोटे चम्मच शहद भी मिला लें। इसे पीने से पाचन संबंधी परेशानी दूर होगी।

अगर एसिडिटी से परेशान हैं, तो एक गिलास पानी में नींबू निचोड़कर पीएं।

अगर चाय पीना नहीं छोड़ सकते, तो हर्बल टी का प्रयोग करना शुरू कर दें।

कॉफी, अल्कोहल और धूम्रपान से बचें। इनसे भी पाचन खराब होने की आशंका होती है।

अधिक टाइट कपड़े और जींस न पहनें।

डिनर सोने से कम से कम दो-तीन घंटे पहले कर लें।

एक चम्मच धनिए के भुने हुए बीज को एक गिलास छाछ में मिलाकर पीएं।

खाने के बाद एक चम्मच सौंफ अवश्य चबाएं।

अगर आपके मुंह का जायका खराब हो रहा है तो अदरक के टुकड़े में काला नमक लगाकर खाएं।

अपने भोजन में रेशेदार फल-सब्जियों को शामिल करें। मैदा से बनी चीजों का सेवन न करें।

भोजन हमेशा समय पर करें.

प्रतिदिन सुबह देसी शहद में निम्बू रस मिलाकर चाट लें.

हींग, लहसुन, चद गुप्पा ये तीनो बूटियाँ पीसकर गोली बनाकर छाँव में सुखा लें, व् प्रतिदिन एक गोली खाएं.

भोजन के समय सादे पानी के बजाये अजवायन का उबला पानी प्रयोग करें.

लहसुन, जीरा १० ग्राम घी में भुनकर भोजन से पहले खाएं.

सौंठ पावडर शहद ये गर्म पानी से खाएं.

लौंग का उबला पानी रोजाना पियें.

जीरा, सौंफ, अजवायन इनको सुखाकर पावडर बना लें,शहद के साथ भोजन से पहले प्रयोग करें.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet Consult Physician for Further Management

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

It could be due to fungal infection 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one 6. Maintain personal hygiene 7. Consult skin specialist for further advice.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Dear lybrate-user. If you use stress relief tablets along with ganja, alcohol and cigarettes, the tablets will not work as desired. Secondly ganja and alcohol always worsen the stress situation and resultant reaction. I suggest you to quit ganja, alcohol and cigarette. Please. Take care.

Dengue Fever is Caused due to the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito, the disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear. The most common symptoms are – 1.High fever 2.Severe Headache 3.Pain behind the eyes 4.Nausea and vomiting 5.Swollen lymph node 6.Muscle and Joint Pain 7.Exhaustion 8.Skin rash Following tips for Prevention of Dengue fever : 1. Turn over empty pails and buckets, so that they do not collect excess water. If the container that contains water cannot be emptied, remember to cover it well when not in use. 2: Remember to clean out empty flower pots and not to over water potted plants. It is advised to not have any stagnant water around as it acts as breeding ground for the mosquitoes. 3: Apply mosquito repellents on all exposed areas, during the day as well as at night on a regular basis to prevent dengue. 4: Make sure your window and door screens do not have any holes. If so, block those areas properly to eliminate mosquitoes. 5: If someone at home is ill with dengue, try to not let the mosquitoes bite them or others in the house. 6: sleep under a mosquito net (especially small children as they sleep during the day and hence, the chance of mosquito bite is high during this time). 7: If you use a cooler remember to empty out and clean the water tray regularly, even when not in use. 8: Always cover your dustbin when not in use. 9: A natural method to keep mosquitoes at bay is to plant Tulsi near your window. The plant has properties that do not allow mosquitoes to breed. 10: Using camphor as a repellent also works wonders. Light camphor in a room and close all the doors and windows. Leave it this way for about fifteen to twenty minutes to have a mosquito free environment
