Dear Lybrate User, *Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals

Hi. The diet you have mentioned is not balanced. This kind of diet you can't maintain for more than 2-3 weeks. The diet has very little proteins. Bfast should have have an egg or some veg proteins Lunch should have a dal. Dinner should be similar to lunch. You can have 2 roti instead of 3 in dinner. Just having salad and sprout for dinner with keep you hungry. A diet should be sustainable for life. It should be both delicious and nutritious.

Hello, i'm suffering from severe skin infections mostly ringworm since April which is 8 months. Large part of body is infected; thighs, forehead, arm, hand, .neck, back, chest means almost everywhere. Consuming ghee and dates in the morning is not a good idea as it will lead to increase in fat mass over a period of time. You must have a healthy balance diet with good amount of proteins and low fats. Small frequent meals are better than 2-3 large meals.

Your weight gaining issue will not be solved unless you follow a proper eating habit with balanced nutrition. Because if your nutritional status is not balanced then no medicine, whatever you are taking them for, will not work properly in your body and only give you side effects with hidden problems.

U please use Shatawari churna n Ashwagandha churna 02 grams each (totally 04 grams) with milk in morning. This dose may be repeated in evening. In two months use, you will feel a good increase in body wight. Seaonal fruit should also taken in good amount.

Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity.

You are over weight. I advise you to do exercises of your problem areas. Take more proteins and less fats and carbohydrates. Take lots of water and fluids.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Mouth ulcers are usually due to vitamin deficiency or bad digestion. Other causes are stress, allergies to some food or medicine, change in lifestyle, consumption of oilly n spicy foods, too much hot n aerated drinks, dry mouth. Start taking vitamin supplements.
