Hello lybrate-user, you need to increase your protein intake in diet, such as milk, pulses, grams, etc. On top of that, you can also start taking protein powder too and start going to gym or swimming. Hi… apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2 tablets of raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila and rootz shampoo, do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

I was suffering from hairloss . My hair is very dry , thin , scalp is almost visible . 2 years back , I have gone through laser therapy , its been good for few months and hairfall started again . Currently I'm using homeopathy tablets for the same . I heard that , rosemary + jojoba oils can promote new hair growth if they massaged on head . Is it true , can I use this oils when using homeopathy tablets ?

I suggest you take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1m/single dose (5 drops in little water) and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Humans loose 70-100 hairs a day, we shed them just like other mammals. When shedding occurs the hair's bulb is detached from the follicle and falls out. But often the weight and pressure from the surrounding hairs actually keep the shed hairs in place until you pull on them. This is why people notice the most hair loss in the shower nd combing , when the pressure is removed and those hairs are allowed to fall. You do not have a problem unless you start seeing actual bald spots or massive general thinning. Hairs fall and regrow at regular intervals and this process goes on .

You don't need medicine but good health support with fruit juices, Musambi,Aannar,pineapple and cold milk at least twice a day. You can Add available proteins.it might take a month more but you will be fit and Fine

Ideal dinner for a person exercising is a regular light meal comprising of whole grains like roti or unpolished rice, dal or kadhi, a vegetable and salad. Have an early dinner for better uptake of nutrients. Avoid cutting out dinner.

Start with whatever you will enjoy. Just remember to start slow, gradually and initially for less time. Also remember that technique is very important so learn the right way to do the exercise and warm up stretching and cool down are important aspects to any workout.

Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Take medicine RITE-HITE (SBL) 4tabs to be chewed twice a day ,1/2 an hour before meals. *Alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth Do pranayam,Suryanamaskar daily. Do swimming and stretching exercises daily .Do this regularly as you have a better chance of growth till 25yrs of age.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
