Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist. Crunchy food and vegetables such as apples and carrots rub away stubborn stains. The flesh of the pear helps neutralize the acid in your mouth that causes decay. Strawberries, particularly when ripe, have a high concentration of malic acid, which can be used as a natural exfoliant to clean the surface of the teeth. Plus, they contain Vitamin C, which is necessary for keeping your gums healthy. Cucumbers are a good source of fiber for gums and helps remove sugar and chemical debris from the teeth. Sugarless gum has Xylitol, which is known to reduce tooth decay. Cheese after dinner as it contains casein, a protein in milk that has been shown to reduce the loss of tooth enamel. You can take the inside of a banana peel and gently massage your teeth in a circular motion for a surface-level cleanse.

When I brush my teeth blood start coming out from gums. This happens only while brushing teeth.
There are so many causes of bleeding gums - - brushing too hard - poor oral hygiene. - vitamin deficiency - taking blood thinners or other medications - bleeding or clotting disorders - mouth sores - other medical problems, including diabetes, heart disease, leukemia or scurvy few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums.

Here is a list of certain factors which would help you choose the right option. Factors for removal:- 1. If it present inversed, that is upside down in xray then removal is suggested 2. If its opposite counterpart, that is upper sameside third molar (in case tooth in question is lower molar) is not present than removal is better 3. If it is affected with consideravble infection and paying multiple visit for treatment not possible, then go for removal 4. If it was treated by an endodontist before for RCT, then 2nd attempt may be unsuccessful so removal better 5. If autotransplant can be planned in some other missing space, then removal suggested. On the other hand, the factors for retaining are:- 1. If any other molar in the same chewing side (eg. First lower right molar if 3rd lower right molar) is missing, then removal not suggested 2. If you are suffering from uncontrolled medical condition and tooth can be otherwise saved rather than going for extraction surgery get an OPG done and send us for evaluation.
