1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days

Your weight & height are missing here. It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day.

Hello lybrate-user, there are various causes for rough hair 1) poor nutrition. 2) loss of moisture on account of environmental factors. 3) thermal damages to hair due to excessive use of styling products and heating appliances. 4) lack of proper hair-care routine. 5) hair damages due to chlorine, sun and chemical treatments. Here are a few lifestyle changes that can help you in combating the problem of rough hair in a more effective manner. It is important to keep your hair and scalp clean; but it is equally important not to wash your hair too frequently as this would rob your hair of the essential oils and make it dry. Shampoo two to three times every week and use a shampoo formulated to smoothen rough hair. Use a moisturizing conditioner and concentrate on applying it along the length of your hair and not the roots. Pay attention to what you eat. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink lots of water. Avoid exposure of your hair in sun and pollution. Consider using a sunscreen or you may like to wear a scarf stylishly or tie up your hair in a bun! this will help you to avoid making your hair rough and dull. Avoid chlorinated water, styling products and heat on your hair (for styling, of course!) as much as you can.

Natural remedies/Home tips for Unwanted Facial Hair:
1.Lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent. Mix gram pulse flour (besan), wheat flour, milk cream, a few drops of fresh lemon juice, mustard oil and water together. Rub this paste in circular movements and wash it off. Do it regularly. Start this treatment from an early age as hair is soft and fine at that time.
2.Mix sugar, water and lemon juice to a thick paste. Apply it and wash it off when it dries. Do this once a week to prevent hair growth.
3.Mix 2 tsp of barley powder with little milk, few drops of fresh lemon juice and make a paste. Apply it on your face, remain for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water. If done regularly, you can get of fine facial hair.
4.Take equal quantities of moong dal powder, neem leaves powder, kasturi manjal powder and few kuppai meni leaves. Grind it to a paste with very less water. Apply on skin and leave it to dry. After 15-20 minutes, scrub your face gently in the direction of hair growth to remove unwanted fine hair.
These natural remedies, if followed regularly, discourage hair growth over a period of time. It also helps to get rid of very fine facial hair on upper lips and chin.
Electrolysis and laser treatment are also effective ways to remove hair and reduce hair growth but should be done by licensed professionals in that field.

Hi everyone. I had gone through lipid profile in SEP 2015 after having lunch at that time my triglycerides were 325 (at that time I was unaware of procedure for lipid test) after that I started taking medicine for it. I took my medicine till last 5 months (SEP 2016) and did test for ever 2 month's after fasting for 12 hour's it was all normal till then. I stopped taking medicine then Again I did a test on dec 2016 for my triglycerides it was 400 and on Feb 2017 it was 365 without medicine after fasting for 12 hour's all times Now shall I take medicine again or can I reduce it with my food and proper exercise. Please help me out in this I am much confused and worried. If I have to take medicine till how many I have to continue it Thanks a lot for your help.

The following building blocks can help you get a good start on improving your physical fitness: - Be active every day. Move instead of watching TV, surfing the Internet, or vegging on the couch. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day—at least 60 minutes a day if you have a weight problem. - Exercise vigorously—greater than 60 percent of maximum effort—if you want to improve fitness. Engage in a variety of activities, including weight-training, cardio, stretching, and muscle endurance exercises. - Eat a healthy diet. Eat a variety of foods, emphasizing fruits, vegetables, whole-grain products, and lean meats. Avoid simple sugars, saturated and trans fats, excessive amounts of alcohol, and desserts. - Take care of obvious health problems. See your physician regularly for checkups. Get treated for known problems, such as high blood pressure and high blood fats. Stop smoking. Do back-pain-prevention exercises if you have a back problem. - Enjoy life and reduce stress. Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

After 30's loosing weight is not as easy as it used to be in 20's. Start your day with a good work out like 30 minutes of brisk walking or 15 minutes of jogging. Eat home made food with less oil. Avoid consuming sugar. Avoid eating out. Do not have more than two cups of tea or coffee. Include salads and fruits in your diet to kill cravings. Have early dinner. For tummy, do kapalbhati and cruches, your total exercise in a day should be for 45 to 60 minutes atleast.

My hred patches and if he tries to descale the dandruff, blood starts showing. What should I do and please suggest some good medicine. Usband is 57 n lately he has developed dandruff flakes on his t zone i. E. Eye brows n even on his moutaches. His fore head and nose have developed.

most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. it is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. you can take Tab. Dolo 500 mg sos. Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1, blood c/s, After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that.
