Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

No woman should die of cervical cancer. The most important thing you can do to help prevent cervical cancer is to get screened regularly starting at age 21.

Cervical cancer is highly preventable with regular screening tests and appropriate follow-up care. It also can be cured when found early and treated. Cervical cancer is almost always caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Vaccines are available to protect against the types of HPV that most often cause cervical cancer.
Screening Tests

Two tests can help prevent cervical cancer or find it early—
•The Pap test (or Pap smear) looks for precancers, which are cell changes on the cervix that might become cervical cancer if they are not treated appropriately.
•The HPV test looks for the virus that can cause these cell changes.

The Pap test is recommended for women between ages 21 and 65, and can be done in a doctor’s office or clinic. Women should start getting Pap tests regularly at age 21. If your Pap test results are normal, your doctor may say you can wait three years until your next Pap test. If you are 30 years old or older, you may choose to have an HPV test along with the Pap test. Both tests can be performed by your doctor at the same time. If your test results are normal, your chance of getting cervical cancer in the next few years is very low. Your doctor may then say you can wait as long as five years for your next screening.

Why does my child need HPV vaccine?

HPV vaccine is important because it protects against cancers caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.HPV infection can cause cervical, vaginal, and vulvar cancers in women; penile cancer in men; and anal cancer, cancer of the back of the throat (oropharynx), and genital warts in both men and women.

When should my child be vaccinated?

The HPV vaccine is recommended for preteen boys and girls at age 11 or 12 so they are protected before ever being exposed to the virus. HPV vaccine also produces a more robust immune response during the preteen years. Finally, older teens are less likely to get heath check-ups than preteens. If your teen hasn't gotten the vaccine yet, talk to their doctor or nurse about getting it for them as soon as possible

3 Things Parents Need to Know about Preventing Cancers
The HPV vaccine is given in 3 shots. The second shot is given 1 or 2 months after the first shot. Then a third shot is given 6 months after the first shot.

Hello, due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1-2 times use (shgal) face pack n face cream - twice a day gav amrita ark - 1 tsp twice a day.

Dear lybrate-user, Panic disorder is a psychiatric disorder needs treatment by a psychiatrist. She/he may ask you for blood tests and echocardiogram to exclude medical causes of panic. She/he may prescribe some anxiolytic tablets for few weeks and antidepressant tablets for few months. Along with that, you may need therapy also. The causes of panic are multiple. During therapy you will find few specific causes for yourself and deal with them. Remember that panic is a routine normal reaction of our body to a threat. It is a preparation for fight or flight from the threat. It is normal for threats and protective. But when the threat is anticipatory, it needs treatment from psychiatrist.

Dear sir, my age is 42 years. My normal heart beat is about 100 to 110 and during walking or some normal work it exceeds up-to 130. Is it normal or do I have any problem. I dont have any chest pain or any other problem. Please suggest. Note- I am diabetic.

Dear, the normal range of heart rate in an adult is from 60 - 100 beats per minute. Since your heart rate is above this, it needs to be investigated. You should get your thyroid function, echo and hb tests done.

Getting sleep in day time will be mostly due to the lack of sleep in nigt hrs. Mostly now a days, generations, are using systems, gadgets, in night for many purposes&twhich will effect the sleep, though, you sleep, in night that is not qualitative, & sound so, that is effceting your day life. If this is the reason, you try to avoid using those in night time more, & try to go to bed early& maintain sleep hrs minimum 8-9 hrs/day if possible, try to get a nap of atleast 1/2 hr or 1 hrs in mid day, after lunch which will make your mind fresh to continue the day activities without dullness or drowsyness. Try to take healthy, home made diet& avoid taking junk, heavy, oily, fried, spicy food, if possible, atleast in day time. Take more water. Do proper exercises.

Sometimes we think we are eating enough but that is not enough for our body. Choose right foods. Eat more dense vegetables like potato, sweet potato, peas, corn, carrot, beet etc than celery, spinach, broccoli etc. Eat dense vegetables like dry fruits, banana, apple, pear, jack fruit, guava, chikoo etc than watery fruits like dab water, watermelon, orange etc. Eat proteins like soy product, egg, fish like tuna, seafood, peanuts, lean chicken, cheese etc in extra amount. Take calorie rich foods like cake, pastries, nut, almond, ghee, butter, cream etc. Use weight gainer supplement. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Use good fat like olive oil, canola, coconut, refined vegetable oil, avocado etc. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Drink water 3lit/day but not during meals. Quality sleep at night.

Dont panic Kanav. Losing weight is not an easy job..Just be optimistic and work hard.You must have a strong mind to do so and working hard and burning calories is the key to reduce weight.It is just the start and wait for 2 months and keep control on sweets in every form.If no improvement then consult me after 2 months.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. If you want ayurvedic medicine for weight gain . There is a very good ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, that increases 3 to 8 kg weight in the 1st month itself, without any side effects.

It is mainly genetical, but you can improve on genetics with proper practices. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.

For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

There are varied reasons for sensitivity. One of the common causes for sensitivity is wearing off of the ename that is the hardest layer of the tooth, for this the treatment depends on the tooth structure loss and which part of the tooth structure is lost. Second most is recession of gums causing exposure of the root surface of tooth can also cause sensitivity. Another thing causing sensitivity is sinus problems. Depending on the cause treatment can be planned. Hence check with the doctor, cause delay in any one of this can cause you trouble.

1) have sweetened warm milk with jayphal at night. 2) apply cow ghee on soles of feet. 3) have a warm water bath before sleeping. 4) stop watching tv at least 3 hrs before sleep. 5) go to bed before 10 pm. 6) don't have tea/ coffee/ alcohol after 7 pm. 7) have early & light meals 8) go for shirodhara at a panchakarma centre near u. These all will help you sleep.
