1. You can’t improve memory without physical energy. Have healthy food habits and timely meals. Eat nutritious food. Avoid processed food.

Dear lybrate user, as long as u dont ve any problems with d exercise u can continue but it should be a bit mild during periods. If u suffer with it, skip it for 1_2 days.

Dear Lybrate user, dark elbow is a natural thing as the skin in surrounding area is elastic in nature. Though this darkness can be reduced with very simple tricks. Do remember it works with continuous long term use (2 months). Use 1 part multani mitti+ 1 part of powder of sweet Bengal gram (besan or chana dal atta)+1 spoon haldi for scrubbing on elbows with water for 5 mins. I'm 15 years and I have got full of moustache and beard I'm 5‘7 and 70 kgs so I take a very balanced and nutritious diet I wanted to grow 3 inches more so I'm doing 10-15 pull ups ,100 skipping and 1 km jogging everyday. I have a strong will to increase my height. Please please help me. Thank you.

Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. You can also take ashwagandha powder (2-2 tsp) twice a day and lakshadi guggul (1-1 tabs) twice a day with warm water.

Good day. I gave birth 8 weeks ago. Was 8 days over due date. Had normal birth that was induced. Since then I have problems with lower back pain and stomach pain. Its a constant pain that from light pains to severe pains some times it is so bad I feel like I can pass out from pain. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

If u know ur over thinking over a matter then why ur doing soo.be logical.walk or jogg regularly.spend time with ur dear one..hv a healthy diet..try to do meditations..listen to music..set a goal and try to get that..if u dnt then dnt give up try again that's how u can make urslf bzy...

Dear user, pimples are commonest problem in adolescence. Use following homeopathic medicines ; 1-tab pimplex sbl/2 tab thrice daily. 2-berberis aqui q/ 10 drops thrice daily with 1/4 cup water. Drink plenty of water during day, avoid sun exposure, eat fresh fruits and be stress free and do meditation for a while daily. Thanks and do follow up after 4 weeks.

My sperm count test is TOTAL SPERM COUNT: 210 TOTAL VOL. 3 ML TOTAL SPERM COUNT/ ML: 70 motility- 50% (20>40%) Viscosity normal. Impression:- fast progressive sperm (grade A): 10% Linear progressive sperm (grade A+B 20%) Conclusion:- reduced grade A modality. My question is any problem in sperm analysis's. Need to take medicine. Please suggest me soon.

I am a 64 year old male. Am suffering from hypo thyroid and high blood pressure. Both are under control with normal medication. The latest problem is excessive sleep. I feel sleepy even after 10 hours of sleep. In fact I am sleepy the moment I wake up. The eyelids are heavy and I keep thinking when will I lie down again. Is it some kind of deficiency?

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Take homoeopathic medicine lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

In view of age may take chance to gain height as age is less than 21 years. This includes stretching exercises, yogasana like tad asana, sarvangasana, and herbal preparations for 8-9 months, regular single and double bar exercise, practice in morning and evening may help

I am suffering from stammering and I am 19 years old, female. While at home and talking to other people I stammer less but whenever I find myself in public places when I have to face public and speak I stutter alot and sometimes I have blockage due to which I am unable to even speak, I also get nervous and my stomach also hurts while speaking, I also start making faces while speaking and it gets difficult to take out words out of my mouth. Dear lybrate-user, You can consult a speech therapist and attend a personality development course. Add, a clinical psychologist to the list. Those therapists know the extent of your problem and their limitations. At some stage, they may refer you to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist may offer an antidepressant and/or anxiolytic drug for few months in addition. I hope you have done ENT check up.

Adult acne is difficult to treat. You can try benzoyl peroxide gel 5% only on pimples at night consult a doctor if doesn't work.

Stop junk food, fast food, all bakery and bakery products, fried foods completely. Start drinking water at least 3 ltr everyday. Take balanced diet with good amount of protein and fiber mainly. Fiber plays an important role in binding extra fat therefore take plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables. Start doing crunches, pushup, cycling or yoga to get rid of extra fat from tummy and lower body area.
