Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

You should eat non oily, non spicy diet. You should maintain low salt diet for high bp. For good heart activity you should it lots of vegetables and fibre containing diet. Also avoid sweet, fried, butter, cheese, cream etc. As all this increases cholesterol level.

Are you suggesting that your parents are an impediment to this career you have chosen? if so there must be reasons for their disapproval: the dangers of this career, or the lack of job and money-making opportunities etc. These could be valid concerns and you will need to prove them otherwise. Obviously you need some support and the best support I can think of is to get it from your mountaineering club or association and have one of the coaches or guides to come meet with your parents and have a talk. Now about this getting hyper, you know that that is not a solution and behaving rationally is the only way through this. No one will take you seriously, if you let your emotions get the better of you. You could also do career guidance counseling and attempt some tests in aptitude determination and take that also as evidence, if it points in this direction. The counselor will be willing to meet with your parents to help bring them around too. In all this you must approach it with a sensible mind and hold your emotions in check. Nothing should be obtained by blackmail: neither by your parents nor by you.

It can be some infection bacterial ,viral or fungal. Or contact dermatitis superadded with infection. Send a picture on private chat. In the mean time you can apply quadriderm ointment.

Take curd, buttermilk, low fat milk, 100 gm cheese daily. Take 1tab calciferol d3. Almonds, dried fig, beans, soyabean, tofu, broccli, orange. Are rich in calcium.

According to ayurveda, when pitta (hot property of the body) increased in the body it leads to hair problems. And there things also necessary to keep in mind while treatment of hair problem:- 1. Poor nutritional level (lack of vitamins, minerals etc) 2. Stress and anger. For overcome this hair problem. 1. Take more green leafy vegetables which are easy to digest and contains vitamins, minerals etc. 2. Don't take fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, chinese, panjabi, potato, rice, heavy food etc which disturbs digestive system. 3. Manage streets and anger. It is most necessary. 4. Take a glass of milk two times in a day. 5. Morning walk / yoga asana / pranayama like shitali, shitkari etc/ deep breathing exercise / walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular do these. 6. Drink water 3 litres per day. It helps in absorption of nutrients in the abdomen. 7. Don't take opposite diets like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. 8. Don't suppress natural urges like urine, stool etc. 9. Avoid constipation. Take one spoon ghee in a glass of milk at night time for stool problem. 10. Don't use chemical base hair products. In general, you lose about 50-100 strands of hair each day, but the loss is not visible as new hair grow in their place. However, if you lose more than a 100 strands in a day and more than 200 strands on the day you shampoo, you may be suffering from what is known as excessive hair fall. Apply coconut oil and do not use shampoo. Only dry the excess Certain factors or reasons may cause you to lose hair at an alarming rate, which are, 1. Thyroid problems your thyroid is responsible for your body’s overall functioning. The hormones (primarily T4 and T3), which it produces help in regulating metabolic activities. Problems with your thyroid gland can cause your hormone levels to rise or fall to unhealthy levels, which can result in hair fall. You have to check yout thyroid function by a TFT test and inform me. You can improve the functioning of your thyroid gland through a diet rich in calcium, iodine, magnesium, protein and Vitamins A, B and C. 2. Scalp infections-Infections of the scalp can also be one of the factors that may cause your hair to fall at an alarming rate. Of the different scalp infections, the ringworm scalp infection is the most common. Although this fungal infection can occur in any part of your body, when it develops on your scalp, you end up losing clumps of hair. Alongside the use of anti-fungal medications, even anti-fungal shampoos and creams can provide you with respite from the problem. 3. Poor diet, Gorging on unhealthy foods or going on a crash diet can result in the lack of essential nutrients in your body, which are required to maintain healthy hair. Furthermore, since hair is made of protein, having a balanced diet consisting of proteins and vitamin- rich foods is a must. You have to do a blood test CBC and see if you have anaemia and any sign of infection. 4. Stress gives rise to certain conditions such as alopecia areata, telogen effluvium (hair loss caused post-pregnancy or surgery) and trichotillomania (an impulsive need to pull your hair out), which can cause you to lose significant amount of hair. To avert a hair loss crisis caused by stress, make it a point to do some simple stress-reducing exercises, such as meditation or breathing exercises. 5. Using hair styling products like hair colours and straighteners can cause you to experience hair fall problems. Your hair not only becomes dull and dry due to their use, but also becomes weak and brittle, leading to a gradual loss of hair. Regular oiling and use of homemade hair masks are some of the ways you can try to counter the negative effects of these hair styling products.

Hi there. Fresh blood in stool warrants examination by a surgeon for piles or in some cases fissure. After ruling out piles you need to go for lower gastro intestinal scopy. But make sure you get an examination earliest possible as blood loss may lead to anemia. Take care.

Mr. Lybrate-user, increased uric acid in blood is due to a metabolic aberration, where an enzyme is lacking which breaks down purines. Therefore, only certain medications which help in excreting uric acid are helpful. Plus taking restricted diet, avoiding high purine containing foods like red meat, organ meat, certain fishes like sardines, trout, herring, scallops, salmon, haddock and mushrooms and mussels. You can take eggs, milk proteins and other vegetable proteins. Also avoid alcohol, sweetened aerated drinks and fructose corn syrup containing products. This is not a curable condition. As regards cholesterol diet restriction and exercise and yogasanas will definitely help in controlling it effectively. Thanks.
