If there is no redness or discharge or pain and if your vision is fine, then it could be normal also. But better show it to a nearby eye surgeon to rule out any problem.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

Hi lybrate-user, long standing urine infection can be due to infection of prostate, inadequate treatment, improper antibiotic or other issues. Consult a urologist for this. Fee blood and urine tests and a sonography will be done. You may have to take antibiotics for upto 2 months depending on the reports.

According to your height your ideal body weight should be 67 kg.Your weight is very low compare to your ideal weight. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight.to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions.you need proper diet schedule.

Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve body fat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I can also suggest home remedies.

It could be due to sprain or strain. Apply ice pack locally every 2 hrly for 10 min. Apply painkiller on locally. Rest with foot end raised. Hope this helps u. If pain increases then get xray done.

I have a myopia of 1.75 with no lateral defects. I haven't had any eye weakness but due to wrong advice from a doctor I started to use spectacle glasses of .25. I fell comfortable without glasses too and hence after few year my number increased. I want to know if it can be cured. I used diamond eye drops for sight. It had some good results. I want to know if my eyesight can be improved with any method and how to use medicine?

Myopic power usually increase upto age of 21 years because it is related with body growth & in male body growth is completed by 21 years of age & maximum body growth takes place between 13 to 21 years that is why maximum myopic power increases between these periods, to keep eye healthy one should take lot of green vegetables. There is no direct medicine to reduce myopic power, with regards.

Hi. A woman’s libido is the desire for sexual intercourse. Common causes of lack of sexual desire include exhaustion, poor self-esteem, or an unhappy relationship. A significant cause may be hormone imbalance from childbirth, chemical birth control or other hormonal changes. Stress, melancholy along with getting older are normal cause. Medication: Take Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice daily. Management: Talk openly with your partner about your sexual dysfunction Daily exercise is helpful to increase sexual drive Try to keep your body free from obesity Take a balance diet filled with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit Learn to relax and de-stress by meditating Stop smoking Alcohol has bad affects to sexual function and desire Try to reduce the drinking of alcohol Avoid illegal and powerful sexual drugs Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Also, practice Pelvic floor exercise or Kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform Kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections. Kegel exercises are employed to strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle and other muscle s of the pelvic diaphragm. Kegels can help men achieve stronger erections, maintain healthy hips, and gain greater control over ejaculation. The objective of this may be similar to that of the exercise in women with weakened pelvic floor: to increase bladder and bowel control and sexual function. Foods which increases sex drive: The truth is, there are certain vitamins and minerals that can give your sex drive a boost. After all, you need nutrients to enable your body to function properly, including because they are the building blocks of life, but they also allow you to have the best sex of your life without spoiling the fun. These includes Vitamin C (lemons, oranges, limes, kiwis, peas, potatoes, peppers, berries, grapefruit, melons and Brussel sprouts), Folic acid (avocado, sunflower seeds, asparagus, cauliflower, romaine lettuce, beets, celery, corn, almonds, peanuts and spinach), Vitamin B (brown rice, peanuts, paprika, chicken, baked potatoes, bananas, tomatoes), Vitamin E (spinach, asparagus, whole grain breads, broccoli, tomatoes, egg yolks, walnuts, chickpeas and sweet potato). Zinc deficiency means unhealthy sex life. So, eat lots of brown rice, flax seeds, pork, squash seeds, dark chocolate, oysters, garlic, crab, wheat germ, lobster, egg yolks, and kidney beans. Magnesium is a “mineral aphrodisiac,” because of its ability to increase your sex drive and performance in bed. At the same time, this nutrient helps produce sex hormones that are responsible for your urges down there, so add rice, wheat, almonds, sage, pumpkin seeds, cocoa powder flax seeds, squash seeds, sage, basil and dry roasted soybeans At the end, make sure you eat enough Selenium in your diet - sunflower seeds, flounder, salmon, Brazil nuts, scallops, liver, pork, chicken, barley, onions, brown rice and sardines to reach optimal levels of this essential nutrient.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair whitening. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.
