Mujhe neend nahi aati aur dimag me sonch chalti rehti hai bas weham hote hai help me.
" how to naturally beat sleep disturbance" got published: one of the main reasons for not getting proper sleep is that the plans made during the day time or earlier do not succeed and mind speculates or wanders to find ways to make those plans work. These mental speculations repeat in mind at time of sleeping. So, due to plans not working as the mind likes to, the mind remains in the agitated state due to being unable to find a solution. This leads to frustration which avoids the mind to go in sleep mode. This leads to not getting proper sleep. The solution to the problem does not lie in thinking intentionally further about such plans, but in faith surrender to the supreme. Instead of thinking about the plans it is better to read a nice book, listen to nice music or talks which do not allow mind to get frustrated with mental speculations. Stress is so all-pervading in this material world that everyone is tortured by it. Stress takes many forms. We are stressed by health problems, financial problems, interpersonal problems and many more. The solution for all varieties of stress is to understand that its underlying cause is bodily consciousness, the false identification of the self with the body. As soon as one realizes that he is not his body and that his real happiness is based on harmonizing his consciousness with the supreme consciousness and he then learns the art of doing this, his stress goes flying out the window to be replaced with profoundly sweet transcendental bliss. -sda.

I'm 27 yrs old male. My height is 5ft 7in and my weight is 92 kgs. Due to my professional life I cannot do any physical exercises or do workouts in gym. Fat concentration is very much increased at belly, tummy and thighs. Suggest me to go for weight loss treatment, any medication I have to take.

General Physician,
Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take ? of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

B.Sc. - Dietitics / Nutrition, Nutrition Certification,Registered Dietitian

I have grown my hair long. Bt they are nt so thick. Which shampoo shall I use and should I have Bath regularly?
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

There are many kinds of infections and conditions that affect the body. An STD or sexually transmitted disease can affect the reproductive organs of either the male or the female partner, or both, during sexual intercourse. For many men, the penile infection may take place if he changes partners often or if he has unprotected sex with an infected partner. These are usually characterized as yeast infections and several others. This yeast can affect the penile health of the patient and lead to many symptoms. These include pain, red rashes, white patches as well as a moist discharge from the foreskin and head. The diagnosis of this infection takes place with the help of lab tests that will check for traces of the culprit bacteria in the blood and urine. Also, a physical examination can be conducted for diagnosis. For cases that are diagnosed early on, a simple yeast treatment cream can help in the treatment. Medication may be required in more severe cases with proper recommendation of a doctor.

How To Deal With An Itchy Penis?

MD - General Medicine
Sexologist, Delhi
How To Deal With An Itchy Penis?

Many men have suffered from the dreaded itchy penis. It always seems to happen at the most inopportune times; a man rarely seems to suffer from it when he's at home by himself, with no one else around to see him scratch that itch. Though regular penis care can always help the itchy penis situation, sometimes a man simply winds up with an itch that won't go away. Often it is accompanied by a penis rash, whether a very light one or a more severe reaction to something. But then again, there are times when that itchy penis is just itchy - no penis rash required.

What's causing that itchy penis?

Sometimes the aforementioned penis rash - usually a result of contact dermatitis, or an allergy to something in the environment - leads to an itchy situation. But other times there is no rash in sight. So why the insane urge to itch?

An itchy penis can be caused by any number of issues. Remember that the skin of the penis is very sensitive and rather thin, the better to allow for intense pleasure when it's being fondled. But the downside of that very sensitive skin is - well, sensitivity. If conditions are right, that sensitivity translates into a terrible itch.

A man might suffer from an itchy penis if he has something on the skin, such as dried sweat, lubrication or spermicide from a condom, traces of lotion or soap, bodily fluids from a partner, or even dry skin that can result from changes in the weather, a new cleaning regimen and much more. In short, if there is a penis itch with no rash, a man will have to think long and hard about why he might be feeling the urge to itch all the time.

How can a man ease the itchy penis?

In many cases, the itchy penis is a problem until a man can get a good shower, after which he discovers sweet relief. But sometimes the itch lingers, and more must be done. Here's what a man should do when confronted with this awful situation.

1. Do not scratch! Though it sounds like a terrible rule, scratching the itchy penis can actually make the situation worse. A rough scratch on an irritated penis can lead to even more problems, thanks to the tiny microtears that might occur in the skin, or the spreading of whatever it is that is causing the itch. If a man must touch his penis, a gentle rub or pat will have to suffice.

2. Get clean as soon as possible. Whatever is on the penis is likely causing the problem, so a man should clean up as soon as he can. If he's at home or on his way there, that's not a problem. But what if a man is in the middle of his workday and the itch is becoming unbearable? Slipping away to a bathroom with a private sink and a locking door is the answer. He should carefully wash his penis with water and a soft towel. This might alleviate the problem until he gets home and can do a more thorough cleaning.

3. Visit the doctor. In most cases the itch will go away soon, but for those that linger, it's time to talk to the doctor. The itchy penis might be a result of an STD, some sort of fungal infection, an allergy to something in the environment or a sign of something underlying that might need medical attention.

And as always, a man can't go wrong with the use of a good penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Soothing vitamin E and Shea butter make up the base of the best crèmes, which can then also include vitamins like A, C and D, as well as other soothing ingredients, like powerful amino acids. The use of the crème on a daily basis can mean better hydration, which then leads to less itching.
