You are just 19 years old. I would suggest you to save your teeth and infact get a root canal treatment done for the same. Removal of teeth is not the only option.

Kindly consult an orthodontist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (model study, full mouth & profile x-ray) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need fixed / removable braces. Requirements like invisible braces may depends on the age, complaint, duration of the treatment & affordability. Cost of cosmetic dentistry (braces) varies with dentist. You may consult me in person.

Is root canal treatment painful and is there any other alternate instead of getting injection before root canal?

Root canal procedure is not painful. Before injecting needle, local anesthesia spray is done so that there is no pain while injecting needle.

I am suffering from Dental plaque. What is the Role of Saliva in Maintaining Healthy Teeth?

Certified Implantologist, BDS
Dentist, Chennai
Saliva coats and lubricates tissues in the mouth, making it easier to speak, chew and swallow. Saliva helps remove oral waste and cavity-causing bacteria, protects teeth from decay by neutralizing harmful acids, and helps re-mineralize tooth enamel. Saliva also keeps oral tissues healthy by preventing infection by controlling bacteria and fungi in the mouth.

I got a dental bridge done on molars over an year ago. After a month or so, I am experiencing severe stench from outer side of the bridge. I went back to the same clinic and complained, but I was told that as there is no pain nor swelling, it's all ok! I had been very sensitive to foul smelling of others' mouth. Now, I am with it perpetually! what should I do to get back my oral confidence?

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedures. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Now I want to rectify that gap .some one is saying to remove all my incisors and clipped and the other is saying to have zirconium teeth by decreasing the size of adjacent teeth. Gum diseases can be treated and reversed in their initial stages very easily. By getting the accumulated tartar and plaque removed by a dentist, there is a chance that they can get better without much ado.

Flossing is as important as brushing on a daily basis. Taking the floss all the way down to the point where the teeth and gums meet is the appropriate way of doing it.

Tooth pain occurs when nerve endings of teeths are exposed and irritated. Sensodyne toothpaste will reduce only the sensetivity for temporary period, but if infection is present then antibiotics are needed along with painkiller. Take food rich in calcium and vitamin c.
