Sometimes I have a serious headache on one side of my brain. Its aches a lot like I have to stop what I am doing close my eyes and try to relax to let it go. I want to know that is it just a headache or a migraine or something else?

Hey. Well to say that you are having a migraine headache, then the following things should be present. 1. One sided headache which is very severe lasting for few hours to days. 2. Head ache associated with nausea and vomiting. 3. Sensitivity to loud noise or bright light. 4. Along with this, many people have some triggers for migraine head ache like cheeze, yoghurt, colas, caffeine, stress. Etc. So now, you can very well decide whether you have migraine or not. Yes you should go for vit d yest, uric acid level test, because if deficiency of vit d, you will experience pain in every joint and muscle one by one. - if deficiency is there than consult physician as it will take a year to overcome vit d deficiency. - right now you can do knee and ankle exercises. - knee exercise - with your knee straight and back supported, keep towel roll beneath your knee and press it till you count 30 and tha releive .do this atleast 10 times for 2- 3 times day - do ankle pumps for ankle exercises. - precautions: - avoid stress to your joints - wear knee cap to avoid knee twisting while walking - avoid cross sitting - use of indian toilet - avoid prolonged standing.

Is it safe to put finger on top of penis during ejaculation? Bcoz many times I ejaculated before reaching bathroom from my bed.

You may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem or may be migraine headache follow advises given below: adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day get check eyes for refractive error complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis it may be due to stress this problem can be solved by meditation you can go for regular physical exercise consult for further management.

Hello Mukesh, In case the fever is there for a long duration, I would suggest that you undergo a blood test for dengue and malaria. Both malaria and dengue can cause headache and fever. Sir my testes is got damaged because about 5 years ago I suffered from hydrocele and from that time my left testes is got damaged and at time of intercourse my penis is rapidly discharges semen before the excitation stage and I got very tensive about that and also tell me how to increase the thickness and length of penis and it is also bent so how to straight it. Feeling more energetic every day is a goal you can fulfill by incorporating changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle. 1. Avoid processed foods. Wholesome foods are a better choice than processed foods because they contain more nutrition and healthy vitamins. Wholesome foods—which are rich in nutrients include raw or cooked fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, lean meats, fresh fish or shellfish, eggs, low-fat milk, plain yogurt, and low-fat cheese. 2. Maintain a balanced diet. Keep in mind the importance of wholesome foods and make sure your diet is well-balanced. People working in night shifts have this commonly bcoz of change in normal system. Eat regularly. Do not drink tea, coffee, cold drinks, junk food. Exercise, eat healthy.

I have cold from 2 days Im using tablets but still not cured from cold what can I do.

Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine for throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, avoid cold drinks. Avoid Oily foods. Hello, if symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose 1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. Take proper home made diet. 3. Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days continuous cold may be because of many reasons like: 1. Any ENT problem like DNS, polyp, sinusitis 2. Low immunity 3. Allergic condition like Allergic Rhinitis so you need to consult ENT doctor for proper examination and further management.
