I am 25 years old. I work in a school, so I have to wake up in early morning. Few days ago I started feeling low due to improper sleeping timings now I try to sleep on time but can't do the same. As result nowadays my sleep time is below 4 hours out of 24 hours instead of being tired. Pls advice what could I do?

Hi thanks for your question. You are almost in a stage of insomnia which basically due to tension, stress, sedentary lifestyles (low active) so try to avoid only sitting jobs but dynamic as possible. You need more b6 & b12, zinc, magenisum in your all foods/meals. Also walking in early morning, dynamic activities, vrisk, walking running, aerobic, little more physical based so that you must feel hunger & get sleep by 10 pm every day. If problems remain persists then seek specialist's advice.

Whenever I eat little spicy food my motions and anus burns a lot. What is the remedy? Or do I have any major problem?

presently you dont have major problem but in future it can lead to piles.So control your dietary habits from now itself otherwise you are going to be in problem . Avoid oily,spicy,fried and junk food,cold drinks.,chips,ketchups and spices in every sense. Homoeopathic medicine SULPHUR 30 ( Dr.Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water today night 30 minutes after eating or drinking anything at bedtime. Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. 1. I am having diabetes since past 15 years and mf Fasting sugar ranges from 130 to 150 and PP 160 to 180 and I take 1 tablet of Gemmer forte 2 mg after breakfast .Please advise on how to bring sugar under control . 2. I got my angioplsty done in 2012 . I am taking 3 tablet - clopilet 75 mg , seloken xl 25mg.Crestor 10 mg. I get acidity frequently and feel tired .Please advise 3. I feel tired very early after a walk or some work . Please advise on what type of exercise should be conducted.

Answer to your questions are not so easy that can be given in few words. Your Diabetologist and Cardiologist are best persons who can give you effective advice. Possibly your diet is to be adjusted by a dietitian under supervision of your Diabetologist. You might need more calorie but avoiding increase of CHO and Fat component of your diet. Your protein quantity may have to be increased, of course if your Kidney function is alright. For Exercise, Brisk walking (at your highest comfortable speed) daily, 6 days a week is required. Duration is minimum 30 minutes if you are not overweight. If you feel tired you take a break to begin with. But complete 30 minutes walking. Yes use walking shoe while you walk.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Due to the inflammation in gingiva bleeding ocurs u should get dental cleaning. Use STOLIN-R for gingival bleeding apply it on gums 3 to 4 times a day and make sure to let the medicine stay on gums for at least 10 Mins . And warm saline gargle 3 to 4 times (add 1 tsp saltin a glass of warm water) for this gargle.

Hi I am 22 yr old, height 5, 5 and weight 64. I live in pune. I got a lower back problem. Actually it hurts and increase normally when I sit or lay down and this pain shifts around lower back and hips. In standing there is no problem at all. Although I run 3-4 kilometer. But there is nothing wrong with standing position. I visited several doctors and did all tests like mri, x ray etc (note- in mri found mild bone marrow edema in s1 segment on right side adjacent to the si joint) but nothing serious found doctors said. I have taken many medicine but still its as it is and no improvement. Kindly please tell me what it can be and suggest me for the best. And any specialist for such problem please share. Thanks.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Glow care drops ( Lord's) ( 10 drops in half cup of water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Follow the tips: *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. 75% of patients who have recovered from the 1st episode of depression relapse. It's likely that you are developing depression again. The medicine that has worked for you in the past would definitely work even now. You can restart sertraline. It's advisable that you do that under your psychiatrist's supervision. Do complete the course.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.
