Please note the following for your condition: One particular type of chronic dizziness not related to vertigo (a feeling of turning or whirling usually associated with inner ear problems) -- “Patients with this syndrome have chronic nonspecific dizziness, subjective imbalance and hypersensitivity to motion stimuli, which are exacerbated in complex visual environments (e. G. Walking in a busy store, driving in the rain),”. Anxiety can also cause chronic dizziness Treatment: Deep breathing is one of the best ways to deal with dizziness. It will help provide an adequate amount of oxygen to the brain, which in turn will relax the nervous system and reduce dizziness.

A number of factors can cause this problem, such as eating disorders, significant weight loss or gain, anemia, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalance, liver disease, tuberculosis, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, recent birth or miscarriage, polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine abnormalities, and other health conditions. Some home remedies. Ginger is highly beneficial in regulating menstrual cycles and also relieving menstrual pain. It promotes menstruation and hence is good when dealing with delayed or scanty periods. 1. Boil one-half teaspoon of freshly ground ginger in a cup of water for five to seven minutes. 2. Add a little sugar. 3. Drink this three times a day after meals. 4. Do this for about one month or more. Any querries inform me.

My inner walls of front tooth broke few days back. And little bit of side wall also. It looked like there I gap between front tooth. And tooth seems like there is black spot on it after inner wall is broken. Kindly suggest remedies

MDS, BDS
Dentist, Delhi
The tooth is breaking most probably because of a decay that is gradually progressing and weakening the tooth structure. You will need either a filling or rct depending on the depth of the decay. The gap can also then be covered either with the filling, a veneer or all-ceramic crowns.

Being overweight or obese increases your chances of dying from hypertension, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, respiratory problems, dyslipidemia and endometrial, breast, prostate, and colon cancers., is it true?

Being overweight or obese increases your chances of dying from hypertension, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease,...
Yes, very true, since these all except colon cancer, prostate,(breast? Do you mean gynecomastia)) are life styles disorders. One leads to another. Chief cause is lack of proper digestion on not only organ level but cellular or tissue level.

I m 18 years old male I have dark circles and by sleeping more time causing swelling under the eye for me is there any remedy for this?

B.H.M.S, M.D in Homoeopathy

I m 18 years old male I have dark circles and by sleeping more time causing swelling under the eye for me is there an...
The most common cause is too much pigment in the eye area'the pigment shows through the skin under the eyes because it's so thin. Blood vessels under the eye can show as a bluish black shadow and ageing skin can sag, throwing shadows under the eye. Too much sun exposure can make the condition worse because it leads to skin wrinkles. Always use a high factor sunscreen when you're going out in the sun, especially on the face and avoid going out in the heat of the day without a hat and sunglasses. The condition can also be worsened by poor diet, too much alcohol consumption, smoking or even underlying medical conditions. Constant rubbing of irritated eyes can also damage the skin. If too much pigment is causing the problem, skin lightening creams and retinoids are useful. Shallow skin lasers treatments and micro abrasion techniques are also available which can reduce the dark patches considerably. Applying chilled cucumber slices straight out of the fridge are also beneficial. This will help to reduce puffiness and constrict blood vessels in the area. Keep the cucumber on your eyes for 15 minutes for full effect.
