Agar diabetes ho to for use kaise hatane ke like kya Karna chahiye or kya nahi Karna chahiye

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
Agar confirmed diabetes hai, to jo dava jaruri hai wo leni padati hai. Bina modern medicine (oral or insulin injection) diabetes control may nahi ayega. Usake saath regular exercise aur restricted diet lena bhi jaruri hai.

My thyroid profile on 10 may 2015 was t3 - 0.81, t4 - 4.10, tsh - 9.60. Again on 10 july 2015 was t3 - 0.65, t4 - 3.71, tsh - 14.87. I'm suffering from hypothyroidism. I under went a surgery in jan 2014 where my right thyroid was removed for cancer. I do not want to undergo another surgery. I wish to know other alternative cures or supplements to balance my thyroid profile.

Although most doctors recommend synthetic thyroxine, natural extracts containing thyroid hormone derived from the thyroid glands of pigs are available. These products contain both thyroxine and triiodothyronine. Synthetic thyroid medications contain thyroxine only, and the triiodothyronine your body needs is derived from the thyroxine. Extracts are available by prescription only and shouldn't be confused with the glandular concentrates sold in natural foods stores. These products aren't regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, and their potency and purity isn't guaranteed.

My skin has started becoming very dry n lips have also become very rough. I am a 30 year old female also have thyroid problem from 9 years. What chi do to cure the dryness.

MD - Dermatology
Dermatologist, Pathanamthitta
The dryness is because of your thyroid problem.Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. Avoid alcohol and aerated drinks or they vil dehydrate u more.Use loose cotton clothes. Avoid woollen clothes directly on body. Use it over cotton clothes if required. use aquasoft lotion twice daily.

Benefits Of Brisk Walk

Sugar-free:

Morning walks don't let you easily fall into the hands of diabetes. It reduces the risk of increasing your body's sugar level to a great extent. A diabetic patient is advised to go for brisk morning walks as this control the blood sugar in their body. It is also said that if the patient keeps up the habit of going for a morning walk regularly from the initial stages, the blood sugar of the individual may come down to normal.

Befitting circulation:

Your blood circulation becomes absolutely perfect if you prefer going for a brisk morning walk. This, in turn, reduces the risk of many diseases which may be the cause of the lack of physical activities.

The loss in one's weight is what every individual urge and desire for. It becomes much more applicative in case of food lovers, also termed as 'Foodies.' It becomes a heavy task for them as it is heartbreaking for them to leave the delicious food in front of them and most of them do not really bother about walks. But, this seems to be a bad idea. It is advisable to take the pain of a morning walk and redeem the gain of healthy life. Morning walks are proved to be great accelerators in reducing your weight.

Morning walks are like heart cures. when you make it a habit to move out in the morning for the sake of your health you reduce the risk of heart diseases manifold. MBBS

Hi , your fbs and ppbs both are high. So I advice for hba1c to know the exact status. Check your medicines do not contain any sort of steroids. Follow diet plan, less carb. Less fat, high fibers diet. Avoid oily, fast and junk food, cold drink and juices, and dairy products also. If hba1c is high drugs are mandatory. Have a regular exercise also.
