It seems like you are stressed. Either it could be a chronic stress which is giving you feeling of burnt out or something might have happend recently which is emotionally draining you. When stressed it is our natural response to feel anger, frustration and irritation. Also these negative energy drains you and you feel tired sleepy and less motivated. Chronic stress is a side product of our life style these days. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relieve stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white flour in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Hope this helps wishing you very best.

Do you want to avoid potential health risks? if your answer is yes than please limit your use of cell phones. People who have used their cell phones for a long period of time are at greater risk of certain kinds of brain tumors, clinical depression, addiction, headaches and dizziness. If you do choose to use a cell phone, use the speakerphone function whenever possible. Please keep the phone about one feet away from any body part. Please do not keep the phone on your belt or in your pocket even when you are not using it, as the radiation will penetrate your body wherever the phone is attached. For times when a speakerphone isn't practical, use air tube head set rather than a wireless blue tooth. Please ask yourself:- 1. Which is important. Your health or money? 2. Promise yourself one day at a time that I will minimize the cell phone use. 3. Use lap top instead of phone for social chatting. 4. Use land lines if you are in the office or whenever possible. We want to see you happy, free and joyous. This addiction is very dangerous and injurious. Please try to stay away as much as you can.

My son almost 7 months old. For the last 3 days he is pressuring while passing urine. His flow is OK. The frequency of the same almost once in an hour. Few days back we started giving him semi solids and cerelac rice. It's not that every time he applies pressure. But sometimes he does. It's all started 3 days back when he showed some sign of constipation and really struggled to poo. And there was light blood in his stool also. Now main concern is that he pressure during urination. Need to know the reason.

Dear lybrate user. PHIMOSIS is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

If you have diabetes (fasting >126 mg and pp >200 mg) then treatment with appropriate drugs is a must. By avoiding to take drugs you are inviting the serious long term complications of diabetes. Diabetes causes upset in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, it affects small and large blood vessels, affects eyes (retina), kidneys causing total failure, affect neres - neuropathy, affects lower limbs and heart. So proper treatment is absolutely essential. In addition to drugs, strict diet control and exercise to maintain or reduce weight is also necessary.

Sugar-free pills have till date not undergone any major human study trial. By doing human study trial we ascertain the benefits and risks of any agent on scientific basis. So in reality everybody is consuming these sweeteners on the basis of animal trials !

Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to lose belly fat: Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Place your hands behind your head and lock your fingers. Now raise your torso and bring it towards your knees. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly return to your lying position. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results.

Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, avoid cold drinks. Avoid Oily foods. If symptoms are from more days or again persist then do few tests for confirm causes of it.. i.e. CBC. welcome in lybrate.

My heel of both feet Xray lateral view states I have "bilateral retro plantar calcaneal spur" Severe pain in both heels. Currently taking health viva calcium with vit d3 tablet once per day.
