Do not feel depressed. This is nature's law. If that person also love you as much as you love him then think will he be happy to see you like this. Be positive and make yourself calm and peaceful. Because you have a future in front of you and you have to make it bright and happy for that person. Try to be happy and can do some breathing exercise and meditation to relax your mind and soul. Please be happy always.

Sunscreen helps to some extent to reduce black spots as it prevents further darkening of skin. Apply sunscreen half an hour prior to going out. Pimples require proper treatment depending upon the grade.

5 Common Skin Problems in Babies

The skin of a newborn baby is very fragile. It is thin and has low pigmentation. It takes quite some time (about a year) for the epidermis to develop and function effectively. Once the baby turns one, the skin gets thicker and more immune to skin problems. Here are some common skin problems found in almost every infant.

1 Diaper rash
Diaper rash is the development of red and inflamed skin in the area under the diaper. It is recommended to check the diaper for any wetness at regular intervals, and to change it when required. The diaper should not be too tight or left on too long. Applying a diaper rash ointment and keeping the area dry and open whenever possible can help in relieving your baby from the problem.

2 Baby acne
Development of acne/pimples on the skin of an infant is a common occurrence. It is advised to not to apply anything on it. It mostly resolves on its own in a couple of days.

3 Prickly heat
Prickly heat rashes are the rashes which develop on the face, neck, back or the bottom of the baby because of heat. To deal with this situation you should try to keep the infant cool and dry (not let him/her sweat) and ensure that they wear loose and comfortable clothes made of cotton.

4 Seborrhea
Rashes that develop on the scalp, eyebrows, cheeks, chest, and/or neck of a newborn baby (up to 6 months), are known as seborrhea. It appears to be gruesome, but does not bother the baby. It is recommended to use mild baby shampoo and creams to get rid of the problem. If there is no improvement, see a dermatologist.

5 Eczema
20% of the babies suffer from a very itchy skin rash known as 'eczema'. The affected area of the skin may turn red, ooze pus or crust over. It can be a result of an irritation caused due to sweating in a hot weather or due to the drying up of skin in a cold weather. Some clothing, specifically wool can even trigger this skin condition in a baby. A dermatologist or a pediatrician should be consulted in order to know what should be done.

With true depression, you have a low mood and other symptoms each day for at least two weeks The common symptoms are (few might be present in a person with depression) Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness or hopelessness Angry outbursts, irritability or frustration, even over small matters Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities, such as sex, hobbies or sports Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much Tiredness and lack of energy, so even small tasks take extra effort Changes in appetite — often reduced appetite and weight loss, but increased cravings for food and weight gain in some people Anxiety, agitation or restlessness Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or blaming yourself for things that aren't your responsibility Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions and remembering things Frequent or recurrent thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts or suicide Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. A study from Wake Forest found that for every 10-gram increase in soluble fiber people ate daily (about two small apples, a serving of oatmeal, a half cup of pinto beans, and a half cup of peas), their belly fat decreased by almost 4% over five years. 2. Fiber Adding ground flaxseed to your diet – mix a teaspoon or two into cereal or yogurt – helps prevent constipation. (It’s hard to have flat abs if your pipes are backed up.) To avoid stomachaches, increase fiber slowly and up your water intake,. 3. Cardio In a Duke University study of 196 sedentary, overweight adults, aerobic training significantly reduced deep belly fat and also burned more visible midsection flab. Lift butt, drawing pelvis to the ceiling without arching back. Lower butt down slowly. Bird Dog: From all fours, extend one arm and the opposite leg to shoulder and hip height simultaneously, keeping shoulders and hips squared to the floor. Lower slowly to start, and repeat on opposite side. Front Plank: Lie on stomach, with forearms on floor and hands palm-down on either side of chest. Tuck toes, lift legs, tighten abs, and raise body to a modified push-up position, keeping forearms on the floor. Hold five seconds, then lower. Repeat three times. Work up to holding for 20 seconds each time. Half-Kneel Lift: Kneel on right knee, with left foot forward and left knee at 90-degree angle. Hold a soccer ball with both hands at right hip. Without rotating body, slowly bring ball up and across until it’s above left shoulder and slightly behind you. Return to start. Do two to three sets of eight to 12 reps on each side.

You should go for walk in the morning. Do light exercise in the morning. Take one glass lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. If you are also suffering for high blood pressure and then you have to leave pickle, papad and pouring extra salt. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.
