Hello, It must be tension headache in which muscles around forehead and temple area go in spasms. Take proper sleep-- 7 to 8 hrs Avoid eating chinese food, excess of chocolates, oily deep fried foods Avoid exposure to direct heat of sun. If this doesn't help you can take homeopathic treatment.

Ageing - How You Need To Take Care Of Your Joints?

Skin is one of the most obvious parts of our body, which ages with an increase in the number of candles on our birthday cake. As you age, joints tend to become stiffer and less flexible. The body does not recover from bumps and bruises as easily as it did before, and it becomes difficult to stand for extended time intervals. This is caused mostly by a breakdown of cartilage and inflammation of the synovium.

What is cartilage?
Cartilage is a flexible connective tissue. It connects the ends of two bones in a joint. It is softer than bone tissue but less flexible than muscle tissue. Cartilage is responsible for the smooth movement of joints. 
With age, cartilage begins to degenerate. As the cartilage gets thinner, movement becomes more and more difficult. If left untreated, the cartilage may completely wear off leaving no buffer between the bones. This is one of the leading causes of knee replacement surgery. 

What is synovium?
Synovium is a membrane responsible for keeping the cartilage healthy. It produces a thick fluid that keeps the cartilage and joint lubricated. In cases of osteoarthritis, this membrane can swell up and produce excess fluid. This in turn causes the joint to swell as well. 

Along with age, factors like being overweight, genetics, gender and lifestyle also play a role in the condition of your joints. Being obese point towards a sedentary lifestyle and puts extra pressure on joints, leading to the thinning of cartilage. While men have higher chances of becoming osteoarthritis patients before 45, women have higher chances of developing this disease after 50. A healthy lifestyle is the easiest way to ensure that your joints work well even when you're old and grey. 

Exercise
Movement of the joints keeps the fluid in them moving. It also prevents the cartilage from shrinking and stiffening up. Exercise also makes the bones stronger, and slows the rate of bone tissue deterioration. Stretching exercises are also a good way to maintain the flexibility of joints. 

Healthy diet
Foods that are known as natural antihistamines, antioxidants and foods that fight inflammation promote healthy joints. Some of these are:

  1. Green tea: It prevents the breakdown of collagen and cartilage
  2. Nuts and seeds: These are rich in omega 3 fats that are essential for good bone health
  3. Ginger: It relieves pain and joint swelling
  4. Yogurt: It helps soothe tender joints and fights inflammation
  5. Pomegranate: It protects the cartilage against damage

Hot and cold therapy can also help relieve joint pain and reduce inflammation. As you get older, avoid putting too much pressure on your joints and give them adequate rest. Lastly, avoid smoking, as people who smoke have an increased risk of cartilage loss. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an orthopedist.

In urine time I face some problem. If any one near me I can not urinate in that time. If nobody is there I can urinate .iam facing this problem from 3 years. There is no other prblm. If I go outside the town or goin for a trip I face this problem majorly so I have to search a place where nobody is there. I very sad about this. Please help me. I want to avoid this problem. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. ? Now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times

Follow these instructions to get relief from neck pain- * first correct your sitting posture. Do not use laptops or mobile for more than 1-2 hours if yo have to work on computer then the screen of computer should be in the same level to your eyes. * you can use cervical collar for support during work. * do regular neck muscle strength exercises. Move your neck clockwise and anticlock wise for 2-3 minutes daily. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress with very low pillow level. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin d supplements regularly. *do not take any heavy weight or heavy work. * if you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight.

1. avoid caffeine found in coffee,tea , chocolate,cola,and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. . [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

I have ring worms on my head. Firstly they were on my face so I consulted to a doctor and he gave me medicines and after it the were gone. They reappear again and due to it m facing hairfall too what should I do now?

Make paste out of garlic and apply it on the effected area. Soak the mustard seeds in water for 30 minutes and grind them into thick paste. The apply this on the infected skin to get relief from itching and irritation. Mix fresh turmeric powder with water and apply this on the effected part. Repeat it 3 times every day until infection disappears. Remove the gel from aloe vera and apply it directly on the irritating skin. Leave it overnight and wash next day. Consume olive leaf 3 times per day until the problem gets cured. Make lemongrass paste and apply it on the ringworm area. Take 1/2 teaspoon of neem leaf powder and mix it with little water to make a paste. Apply this to rashes several times a day.

I think no one is trying to understand my problem. I am suffering from premature ejaculation due to hard core use of drugs (brown sugar) n lots more. I am totally clean from last 6 months. I am eating a healthy diet n exercising. I am also taking ayurveda medicines. Many doctors are asking me to have sildenafilost n go for vaccumeed therapy. Flax seeds are enriched with some of the most essential & basic nutrients that our body requires. They are good source of fibres, healthy fat, antioxidants, protein, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, omega 3, lignin & mucilage, vitamin B1. Regular consumption of it is good for skin, heart,hair and lower the risk of diabetes, cancer, heart disease etc. One to two tablespoon of flax seeds daily is good for health. It should be take in ground or powdered form. Chewed it properly because if not chewed properly it give no benefits to your body. Flaxseed oil has a low smoke point, so it shouldn't use for frying, use it into salad dressings etc.

Continuous headache is not a good thing though there is nothing serious about it unless it is related with some other major problem for which you need to get yourself physically examined and investigated from a good physician as this can effect your personal life in a negative manner plan out your days in advance with dpecified timings for every thing and follow the plan strictly that will help you to control your headache also eat good nutrious diet and do regular exercises daily.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1.
