You can detect pregnancy by pregnews test only after 20 days of sex or the next menstrual cycle will be stopped. So it is possible.

Precautions- avoid vaginal sex, avoid using vaginal drugs, take adequate rest, do not ignore even little amount of bleeding, make arrangement so that you can reach hospital if any bleeding occurs.
