Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

I hav hair falling problem I took home remedies and allopathy medicines also I tried a lot. But it didn't work. Pls help me out this.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment Avoid pickles and papads in his diet and to eat freshly prepared food and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

your problem seem to be allergic and that too of significant proportion. you can get a cbc chest x ray a x ray pns and total ige level done and then get evaluated for your allergy for which you may need long term treatment

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Balanced diet helps in controlling all disease and nutritional deficiencies aggrevate them. Abundand fruits and vegetables in diet have all essential nutrients with best bioavailability to the body. And so this diet is the balanced and most natural diet. Breakfast= fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner= half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 2 to 3 katori, daal 2 to 3 katori, only 1 roti in one meal. (quantity are relative and to be varied depending upon total meal quantity) evening time fruits are also good. Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen buiscuits maida etc. As these have all kinds of adulteration now a days with reports of urea level exceeding the limit even in mother dairy milk. Do light excercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself. Have plenty of fluids and water daily.

The black marks may b due two reasons largely. Either due to prolonged use of chlorhexidine mouthwashes or bacterial stains which is due to inherent colour of residual bacteria in ur mouth. Stop mouthwash if u r using ny or get scaling and polishing done to get rid of the stains

Yes being obsessed with having a heart disease is a problem. Eat healthy, exercise moderately and keep bp and blood sugar and lipid profile under control. Eat everything available according to seasons. Don't go out of the way to buy a particular fruit or vegetables. Less fats of good quality like mustard oil, saute and cook with steam using chat masala type of flavours and tomatoes purries to thicken the gravies instead of fried onions giving floating with oil curries and some homes prefer it this way only but habits of family needs a change so that nobody feels like a patient or a special person reminding about risk to heart. Eat vitamins and minerals through fresh fruits and vegetables of the season. Eg cucumber in summer and carrots in winters but use fresh lemon juice and honey for 365 days. Little salt and sugar despite bp and sugars under control. Eat few nuts everyday to get protein and good fats. Exercise in moderation like walking for few miles according to your capacity. Don't compare with others. Di practice yoga and meditation to reduce day to day stress.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. bp tablet once started has to be taken lifelong...u can get the dosage reduced of it i.e. half tablet daily or simpy amlodipine ,without telmisartan...there are lot of options

Hi, Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2.
