try stress control steps like STRESS CONTROL There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1. Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2. Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3. Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4. Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5. Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, imagining the sights, sounds and smells of your favorite place, such as a beach or mountain retreat. 6. Exercise regularly or take up yoga. 7. Consult a psychologist about the use of biofeedback 8. Make time for music, art or other hobbies that help relax and distract you. 9. Learn to identify and monitor stressors. Come up with an organized plan for handling stressful situations. Be careful not to overgeneralize negative reactions to things. 10. Make a list of the important things you need to handle each day. Try to follow the list so you feel organized and on top of things. Put together a coping plan step by step so you have a sense of mastery. 11. Keep an eye on things that might suggest you’re not coping well. For example, are you smoking or drinking more, or sleeping less? 12. Keep a list of the large and little hassles in your day versus the major stressful events in your life. This helps you focus on the fact that you’re keeping track of and managing those as well as you can. 13. Set aside a time every day to work on relaxation. 14. Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, junk food, binge eating and other drugs as your primary means for coping with stress. While they can be helpful once in awhile, using them as your only or usual method will result in longer-term problems, such as weight problems or alcoholism. 15. Learn to just say, “No” occasionally. It won’t hurt other people’s feelings as much as you think and is simply a method to be more assertive in your own life, to better help you meet your own needs. 16. Get the right amount of sleep. For most people, this is seven to nine hours a night. 17. Cultivate a sense of humor; laugh. 18. Research has shown that having a close, confiding relationship protects you from many stresses. 19. Don’t run from your problems! This only makes them worse. 20. Talk to your family and friends. See if they can help. If these tips don’t help, or you’ve tried a lot of them with little luck in better taming the stress in your life, it may be time to consider taking it up a notch. A mental health professional — such as a psychologist — can help teach you more effective methods for handling stress in a healthy way in your life. Such psychotherapy is short-term and time-limited, with a focus on helping you better deal with stress. Remember — we do have control over the stress and choices we make in our lives. It sometimes takes a little practice and effort to put some of these techniques into play in your life. symptoms of malaria are chills, fever and sweating, usually occurring a few weeks after being bitten. The symptoms of dengue, include high fever, headache, rash and muscle and joint pain. In severe cases there is serious bleeding and shock, which can be life threatening.Within a few weeks of HIV infection, flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat and fatigue can occur. Then the disease is usually asymptomatic until it progresses to AIDS. AIDS symptoms include weight loss, fever or night sweats, fatigue and recurrent infections.

Dear sir, I can see you are under the care of a good doctor. Please continue his treatment. But for the sinking feeling in your heart, I suggest you ask him to try changing some medication. Exercise and yoga also help in reducing bp and giving a sense of well being. But first, take the cardiologist's opinion regarding exercise.

Have you noticed prolonged bleeding after cuts? gums bleeding? skin changes? rash patch, does your child bruise easily or get red spots? if the answers are no to the above questions then it might be due to seasonal rhinitis. When ever he has such episodes put him on lying down position, put cold ice pack on nose. Tell him not to do nose picking.

Facial and body hair in women is considered unfeminine and is quite embarrassing for many women. The good thing is there are many methods to get rid of unwanted hair. We will discuss some common methods here natural remedies/home tips for unwanted facial hair: 1. Lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent. Mix gram pulse flour (besan), wheat flour, milk cream, a few drops of fresh lemon juice, mustard oil and water together. Rub this paste in circular movements and wash it off. Do it regularly. Start this treatment from an early age as hair is soft and fine at that time. 2. Mix sugar, water and lemon juice to a thick paste. Apply it and wash it off when it dries. Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Once your backache is ok. Your depression may go away. If not, consult a psychiatrist.

You may be having gynecomastia. Gynecomastia can be due to many reasons - drug intake, endocrinal (hormonal) problems, metabolic causes or pubertal gynecomastia. Get serum testosterone, prolactin and thyroid profile done. Surgical correction of gynecomastia can be done by liposuction and sos gland incision. It's a safe and near scarless procedure. Consult a plastic surgeon for that.

Hello. The most effective remedy for such problems without any condition of side effects is" aloe vera" pulp/juice. Consume at least 4-5 spoons of aloe vera juice/pulp everyday empty stomach! secondly apply aloe vera pulp/juice on your face each day as well. Remember that your intestines and stomach has everything to do with your skin so make sure you are keeping them detoxified and clean! for the detoxification of your stomach drink luke warm water after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasana (chaukdi) position. It is even advisable that you rinse your mouth with luke warm water and pulp it in. Keep yourself hydrated with lots of water. You can even apply multani meeti along with gulab jaal (easily available in the market). Keep yourself away from any kind of processed food, white flour (maida) as well as heavy oily/spicy food. For your acne scars and spots -. Naturopathy believes that your own body can cure your health related problems in the most effective manner. It is advisable that you put saliva of your own mouth on your black spots/scars each morning after you wake up. It may sound weird or stinky but trust me it is the most advisable natural remedy for black spots that too without any side effects. Secondly you can also apply fresh cream (malai) of fresh milk on your face every day and rinse it after keeping for about 15 minutes. I am taking depressed medicines from last 2 month. Now I have started gym from last one month. And I feel much better. Dear lybrate-user, I hope with inderal and prodep your depressive symptoms are less. Please attend gym without protein supplements. Since you have irritable bowel syndrome, you may find it difficult to digest too much protein. For allergic lab tests, you have to consult a immunologist.

Once your acidity and digestion are controlled, your skin health will also improve. You should go for a ct scan head and a routine cbc tests there are medications that can reduce its frequency but can only be taken under doctors suprvision please visit a near by physician.
