Eat meat and eggs if you are anon veg if not eat carrots beans drumsticks dahl and try ragi plenty of greens for iron this should help you in a few months.

the work pressure will be bringing some changes in the body, get yourself examined for blood pressure and get investigated for cholesterol etc., meanwhile one better way to reduce tension is practice yoga and meditation. take timely meals and sufficient sleep. do not working or on tv for late hours. early to sleep is always ideal. avoid late night parties including alcohol/smoking etc.,

I can't eat spicy food because it burns my tongue and my face become red, I don't know what should I do, please give me a best treatment.

To avoid infection and reduce pain in a first-degree burn on the tongue: rinse the area well with cool water for a few minutes. Remove any dirt or particles that may be on the burn. Wet a clean cloth with cool water and hold it on top of the burn. Suck on ice chips or a popsicle to soothe the pain. Gargle with cool water or salt water. Avoid warm or hot liquids, which could irritate the burn. Take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain and inflammation. Sprinkle a few grains of sugar on the tongue to relieve pain.

Many individuals have heightened sex drives that cause them to become distracted in the workplace and at home. Milk does not draw calcium from body as it already has calcium in it and thats how the bones are formed of a new born baby who is entirely dependent on milk and other thing that it produces then yes it produces but this mucus is protective and protects us from getting mouth infections as milk is basically protein and gives us immunity to fight against the diseases.

Take dolo 650 mg one sos for fever. If not ok in 2-3 days, do some test like cbc, typhidot. Malarial antigen. Inform or see a physician.

Hello, a proper diet plan can be decided only after considering all your condition. Cholesterol being one of them, I can give you the list of what not to eat items keeping in mind cholesterol only. Avoid- ghee, oily foods, cheese, butter, chocolate, ice cream, cakes and pastries. You can eat rice if you dont have diabetes. Besides, if you have replaced rice with rice, it doesnt make any difference any ways.

What Your Nails Tell About Your Health
Your nails tell a lot about your health or the lack of it! Many health problems have nails as the indicators or warning signs. If your nails are not healthy or pink and shiny, you might be in for some sort of health issue. If you have cracked nails, discoloured nails, irregularities or very thick nails then you probably have some internal health problem.

Look for these indicators to get an idea-

1) Color of your nails : Pink or white nails are considered healthy. Dark spots on your nails? surface are not just a sign of aging but also indicate a risk of heart disease. Red color is a possible sign of heart infections and green colour usually indicates local fungal infection.

2) Brittle nails: If your nails are brittle and get cracked often, it is due to lack of folic acid, vitamin C and protein. In 10% of cases, psoriasis starts with the nails.

3) Furrow nails: Furrow nails are the ones which are irregular with a dent like appearance. It may indicate you of psoriasis or auto-immune illness which leads to hair loss. Thick furrow nails may signal a yeast infection.

4) Thick nails: Nails thicken in time. Thick nails are neither natural nor normal. If your nails are extremely thick, you probably it could be that your lungs are not healthy. It can also indicative of the fact that your body has poor circulation.

5) Curved nails: If your nails are curved and concave like shape it might signal either lack of iron or heart problems.

HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1 tab of Anuloma DS with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.
