Dear user, yes mastrubation is bad for health if done excessively. It leads to premature ejaculation n erectile dysfunction.

I seem to be having sinus wherein one of my nostrils is blocked (partially) for most of the time, although I don't seem much bothered by it since it has been around 9 yrs now. Anything that can be done to cure this? thanks

do you have pain on cheek bones on pressing it? hot fomentation is really helpful in sinus besides drink fluids, such as water or juice. This will help dilute mucous secretions and promote drainage. Avoid beverages that contain caffeine or alcohol, as they can be dehydrating. Drinking alcohol can also worsen the swelling of the lining of the sinuses and nose. Moisturize your sinus cavities. Drape a towel over your head as you breathe in the vapor from a bowl of medium-hot water. Keep the vapor directed toward your face. Or take a hot shower, breathing in the warm, moist air. This will help ease pain and help mucus drain. Apply warm compresses to your face. Place warm, damp towels around your nose, cheeks and eyes to ease facial pain. Rinse out your nasal passages. Use a specially designed squeeze bottle (sinus rinse, others), saline canister or neti pot to rinse your nasal passages. This home remedy, called nasal lavage, can help clear your sinuses. If you make your own rinse, use water that's contaminant-free distilled, sterile, previously boiled and cooled, or filtered using a filter with an absolute pore size of 1 micron or smaller to make up the irrigation solution. Also be sure to rinse the irrigation device after each use with contaminant-free water, and leave open to air-dry. Sleep with your head elevated. This will help your sinuses drain, reducing congestion. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Diet and exercise are both important to reduce weight. Diet should be low calory, low fat and high fibre.In simple language avoid excessive sweets, sugar,sweet fruits, ghee oils of all kind (Refined and nonrefined both, eat a plateful of salad before every major meal. Do not take any thing in between meals. Regular exercise is must which should bew gradually increased up to your capacity. Maintain diet control and exercise.

This is likely to happen due your age and hormonal imbalances. The growth hormone and male sex hormone testosterone will affect drowsiness and laziness. Once they have settled down to normalcy, you will return to a stable pattern of sleep. In the meantime do regular exercise, eat a lot of protein and calcium-based products, and live an active life.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days.
