Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be used to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection & accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. First you have to make your system clean so that good foods help you and not become a waste. Deworming - 3 tabs of nemocid together + 200 mg metrogyl twice daily after food for 3 days. Eat simple proteins like eggs, milks, curds, pulses, nuts etc. Take natural form of vitamin c like oranges, lemon juice, amla and other fruits, every grain is allowed including rice but wheat is better as it is wholesome. Good fats like nuts and butter, avoid bad fats, take lots of vitamins in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables, do exercises like stretching, walking, cycling, depending upon your stamina.

You have not mentioned wt, about 45 kg at this is normal. Give him small in quantity frequent meals instead of heavy diet. If burning is not relieved, consult doctor.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and I will suggest you to not take any supplements.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hye, Thanks for the query.  Winter is the time when your immunity is low. The body's metabolism is also low as the body wants to conserve energy. It's that one time when you feel lazy to hit the gym and want to reach out for comfort foods like pastries or salty foods. Try to avoid refined flours and go for whole grains like wheat, bajra, nahi.  Avoid simple sugars in excess. Include at least 3 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include a protein source in each meals like dal,  pulses, dairy, nuts etc. Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water per day. Include healthy fats like ghee, nuts, dairy in your diet. You need not necessarily have oily foods regularly especially if it's outside junk food. Include hot soups, kheer,  kanjis, dal pani etc in your diet.  Exercise at least 3 times a week.

I usually masturbate Daily, form 2 days I stop it and j feel low, my mind can't be focus on study I stopped masturbate because I think that it is not good for health to masturbate daily even some day I ejaculate it 2 or 3 times in a day. Hi, contrary to general belief, masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual.
