Sir what I do to get a healthy body because I am very thin and everyone is calling me haddi.
Hello, according to ayurveda weight gain not only depends upon heavy diet but also on other factors like proper digestion, sound sleep, and mental relaxation. Your excess diet/protein powder is not being digested and hence major of its portion is being wasted as excreta. Try these modifications for weight gain- a) Avoid fast food and spicy diet. B) Avoid late night sessions. C) Wakeup early before 6: 30 and perform yogasana like pawan muktasana and slight running schedule. D) Increase sweets and dairy products in your diet. E) Try to sleep at least eight hours a day.

BHMS

Hi, daily brisk walk of 30-40minutes is enough for keeping the body healthy! (as you are young, can get indulge in cardio exercises like jogging, running, cycling, swimming). Walk is good as it increases the uniform flow of blood to each and every tissue of the body, thus giving oxygen which subsequently helps in staying fit!

How I can make my figure too good? All people says that I am too thin for this I want to make my figure good.
Gaining weight in a healthy way is not ROCKET science. It just takes knowing a little bit about muscle physiology and exercise science. If you are not gaining weight than do not look much further for the answer. It is really not that complicated and really only breaks down to one or two or all of the following: 1. You do not maintain energy balance (Energy In vs. Energy Out). 2. You do not eat the right foods at the right times (poor food combinations). 3. You do not give your muscles enough stimulus (or reason) to grow. ENERGY BALANCE Here is the easiest way to understand energy balance: Energy Balance = Energy Intake – Energy Expenditure The balance of intake versus outtake is a critical starting point in weight gain or loss. If you have a SURPLUS of calories (positive energy balance) where the intake EXCEEDS the expenditure, you gain weight. If you have a DEFICIT of calories (negative energy balance) where the intake is LESS than expenditure, you lose weight. Simple enough. Now remember that a surplus of calories is ONLY one component of gaining weight! Three thousand calories of junk and empty calories is COMPLETELY different from 3000 calories of high quality carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Anybody who does not understand this does not understand the theory that a calorie is not a calorie. (You can determine your daily calorie intake using a good online calorie calculator or you can ask your general physician.) Now, to gain weight you must give your muscles a reason to grow. They must feel a need to be bigger and you can create that need by performing compound exercises using heavy weights. By lifting heavy weights, your muscles are forced to adapt to the unusual stress and they respond by becoming bigger and stronger. To know more about the proper ways to perform these exercises and to get a training program specific to your needs you can get back to me.

How to make my body antialergy and anticooldy and my head ache after some time?
Andy body how make fit and fine?
Hello, We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

Eat plenty of healthy fats. Eat your egg yolks, meat with animal fat, coconut oil, and other healthy fats. Increase caloric intake - of the healthy kind of course. A healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds, sip 100-per cent fruit juice that's full of sugar and added nutrients.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Except cold food and drinks no other food does have any direct relation with cold. Usually one should avoid taking cold food after coming from a very hot place. Or sitting near ac after coming from becoming heated. In short we should avoid any sudden change in temperature.
