Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food.

For body building, You have to consume more protein rich foods to build muscles. Man should have 40 % muscles. The amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1.25 gm protein / kg of ideas \ wight. The food that we are getting now is rich in carbohydrates, fats and chemicals (on an average we are consuming 3000 chemicals according to the latest study) but deficient in proteins, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients etc. Include sprouts, milk & milk products also in your diet. A balanced diet is a diet that has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. It would be safe for you to take only natural products and avoid supplements. Moreover you should focus on overall health and fitness and not just having a bulky muscle mass. Begin with mild exercises, and go slow so that the muscles get enough time to rest and heal themselves. Take the help of a doctor to monitor your health at least twice a year. Go for renal profile tests along with other tests regularly. Learn yoga as it is safe and gentle and yet effective to maintain strength and stamina. Yoga also helps to focus the mind and relax it completely.

You can increase upto 14 Kg (max). For weight gain, kindly follow these tips: 1. Have small meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume every 2-3 hrs. 2. Include foods like paneer paratha, cheese omlette, til ladoo, badam chikki, dates/mango/banana milkshake, sugarcane/bel juice, fish finger, chicken roll, thicker rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, jam/jelly, atta halwa/sheers, fruit kheer, dry fruits 3. Include vegetables within dishes. Use potato, dry fruits in most items 4. Practice strength exercises like squats, bench press, push ups to increase muscle mass & appetite 5. Drink 3 litres water daily (but not with or just before a meal) 6. Avoid junk/heavy snacks as it curbs appetite 7. Get your thyroid level tested 8. Have a sound regular sleep. 9. Avoid skipping meals.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hi, to increase weight with muscle on your body, you have to do exercises along with appropriate diet. Start with exercises like push-ups, chin-ups, running, swimming, cycling and yoga. Then after gaining muscle strength you can go for weight training. Also take high protein diet like cheese, soybean, tofu, porridge, sprouted black grams, legumes, broccoli. For diet chart you can revert back.

You are taking correctly but your liver not working normaly. You take liv 52 syrup 1 spoon 30 minuties before lunch end dinner within a month you will start gaining weight. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help. Carbohydrates, protein you are taking add vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, dry fruites, fruites, sweets, milk end milk products etc.

HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals… B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals… C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast…do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.
