You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Take 10 _12 glass of water.

The most important thing you can do to gain weight is to eat more calories than your body needs. You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight. Aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, or 700-1000 calories if you want to gain weight fast. Eat Lots of Protein Muscle is made of protein, and without it most of those extra calories may end up as body fat. Hello, weight loss can occur due to certain infection from common flu to tuberculosis or cancer. It is important to know whether you hv any other associated complaints, what is your eating habits to have accurate treatment. Do health check ups first. Or if it is hereditary then it could happen. Otherwise follow these. Eat frequently with extra. Take dense fruits vegetables. Take extra protein rich foods. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Take high calorie foods like ghee, butter etc. Use nutritional supplement. Do muscle building exercise which will help to gain weight. These will help you but for more quick and effective result.

Hi the things that you can do to be physically fit are: 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is hepful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Change food habits. Take carbohydrates proteins green vegetables fruits nuts eggs. Do some aerobic exercises. For medicinal advice ask privately.

Hi your height can grow till 25 year take following remedies 1. Flax seed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water 2. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 3. Ashwgandha churna 1 tsp with milk at 6.30 pm exercise 1. Swimming 2. Skiping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Hi Take brahmi vati...smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit..make its powder and mix it.....then take these medicines with honey twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....do pranayama early morning for freshness..avoid oily food...junk food.....avoid alcohol consumption...eat green vegetables.........walk for at least 45 minutes a day .

Hye, thanks for the query. A balanced diet is very essential for maintaining healthy hair. Avoid excessive intake of junk and proprietary foods. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. Drinking good amount of water and fluids is a must to help flush out toxins from the body. Drinking lemon water in the mornings can help clear the digestive system and avoid constipation. Avoid crash diets or diets that call for avoiding any particular food groups totally. Sleep well and exercise regularly. Maintain hygiene. You can also get your testosterone and thyroid levels tested.

Only 4 things. 1. Do regular exercise. - under professional trainer. 2. Adequate rest - sleep on time and should have a sound sleep 3. Eat good nutrition food, which contain healthy protein, carbohydrates, fats and vitaminminerals 4. Peace of mind, do some yoga also.
