Both inj depokare and cu t are contraceptive methods ,so use either of one ,if you are going for for CU-T insertion get it inserted on 5 TH day of your cycle ,it can be inserted for 3, 5or 10 years .once the duration is over it has to be removed ,it's a one time method. Is vaginal pimples and whole body itching including smelly urine co related afte marriage.

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
Hello- You are suffering from vaginal infection. The vagina is kept healthy by a bacterium called doderlein bacillus that is found in the vaginal tract. It prevents infection by keeping the pH acidic. If you wash yourself too often with medicated soaps and detergents you can change your vagina’s pH, making it vulnerable to infection. Excessive use of deodorants and chemically-treated compounds, unhygienic sex, etc often leads to fungal infections. It can be cured by proper treatment and dietary changes.

I am in 3 month pregnancy. And my stomach is bloating due to gas after every meal. My gynaecologist suggested to take vitazyme. But my family doctor said not to take vitazyme. It is not safe during pregnancy. Can you suggest me whether to have vitazyme syrup or not.

Vitazyme syrup won't help, because this condition is because of gastric stasis and poor peristaltic movement inherent during pregnancy (a Progesterone effect). Slow chewing of food, small frequent meals, avoiding water or liquids in between chewing of food will help.

Withdrawal bleeding is we give 5 days progestron to pts. And within a week she gets her bleeding. Your pregnancy test is negative means you r not pregnant hence this method is advised, I think I ve cleared your doubt.

What Gives You Stress Fractures?

What Gives You Stress Fractures?

The miniscule cracks in a bone are known as stress fractures. This type of fracture is caused by persistent application of force, mostly due to overuse. Activities like jumping or running up and down for long distances can also cause the condition. A normal bone weakened due to osteoporosis is another reason for stress fractures. Rigorous or excessive exercise can cause this condition as well.

These types of fractures are common in the lower leg and foot as these are the weight bearing bones. Field athletes and sportsperson are susceptible to stress fractures.

Some of the causes of this fracture are:

- Frequent application of a huge amount of force, greater than what the bones of a person's lower legs and feet can bear can cause this type of fracture. This force causes an imbalance between resorption and the growth of bone.

- If the bones are continually subjected to force without being given adequate time to recover, then the body tends to reabsorb bone cells faster than they can be replaced. These fatigued bones, when subjected to repetitive force, may cause tiny cracks which can turn into stress fractures.

Stress fractures usually occur in the metatarsal bones in the foot, heel bone, shin bone, thigh bone, and pubic rami of the pelvis among many other bones in the body.

Some of the symptoms of stress fractures may include:

- Pain
- Swelling in the affected area
- The area may grow tender and the crack usually increases while the foot is at rest

X-rays are the common methods of diagnosis. If left untreated, these fractures can lead to chronic pain.

Super Food to Increase Sperm Count

Super Food to Increase Sperm Count

1. Eggs are considered a great option to increase sperm count, as well as improve their motility. High in vitamin e and full of protein, eating eggs protect sperm cells from the free radicals that can decrease your count. These nutrients assist in the production of strong and healthy sperm, which is important to fertility.

2. Spinach folic acid is vital to the development of healthy sperm. Spinach and other types of leafy green vegetables are a rich source of this vitamin. When your folate levels are low, there is a greater chance you will produce malformed sperm. This will lead to sperm that will have a hard time reaching the egg and penetrating its protective barrier. Also, there is a greater chance of birth defects because of the faulty sperms chromosomal abnormalities.

3. Bananas are full of vitamin a, b1 and c, which help your body produce healthier sperm, as well as increase your sperm productivity. This tropical fruit also contains a rare enzyme called bromelain. This is a natural anti-inflammatory enzyme which also boosts sperm count and motility.

4. Dark chocolate dark chocolate is often associated with lust filled rendezvous. Strawberries dipped in chocolate next to a glass of champagne on a bedside table greet many a guest during their honeymoon. What you probably didn't know is dark chocolate is great for your sperm count as well. It contains an amino acid called l-arginine hcl known to increase semen volume and sperm count. It has also been rumored to increase orgasm intensity.

5. Asparagus another food to increase sperm count is the green vegetable called asparagus. Super high in vitamin c, it has a wide range of positive effects on your sperm. It protects the cells of your testicles and fights free radicals, allowing for greater sperm production of healthy swimmers.

6. Broccoli besides asparagus, another green vegetable full of folic acid is broccoli. Folic acid, also known as vitamin b9, is already known to help women conceive and is now becoming more recognized as important in male fertility. In one study, men taking a daily dose increased their sperm count by as much as 70%.

7. Pomegranatesthis delicious fruit is known as a powerful food to increase sperm count and improve semen quality. It is full of antioxidants that fight free radicals in the blood stream. Unchecked, they can destroy semen and significantly decrease your sperm count. The juice of pomegranates has been recorded throughout history as being used as a fertility booster.

8. Walnuts are full of omega-3 fatty acids that help boost sperm volume and production by increasing blood flow to the testicles. It is also full of arginine, known to increase semen volume. It contains twice as much antioxidants than another nuts, helping you fight toxins in your blood stream

9. Garlic is known around the world as a food good for boosting immunity. Among its many properties are vitamin b6 and selenium, both of which play roles in healthy sperm production. Taken by many for its blood cleansing abilities, garlic prevents buildup in arteries and allows for better blood flow to your testicles.

10. Zinc rich foods rich in zinc include barley, red meat, beans, etc. Zinc plays a vital role in sperm development. The mineral is found in high concentrations in testicles during the production of healthy, strong semen. So important is zinc, deficiencies of the mineral has been blamed for low sperm motility. Hi Ovarian cyst size seems to be not very big if these dimensions are in mm. However the nature of the cyst needs to found out by a CT/ MRI. Based on this and the symptoms the management would be decided. Some cysts just need observation and close follow up others may need medicines to help in resolution and some would need removal.

I am trying for a baby but it's not working. And I also have a problem in time period. Can you please help?

I am trying for a baby but it's not working. And I also have a problem in time period. Can you please help?
If you and your partner are planning to conceive, you should start taking folic acid before you get pregnant. Folic acid helps to provide the best health outcomes for your baby when it is growing. Taking folic acid daily before and during pregnancy also prevents the occurrence of neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, in your baby. You?re most likely to get pregnant if you have sex within a day or so of ovulation (releasing an egg from the ovary). This is usually about 14 days after the first day of your last period. An egg lives for about 12-24 hours after it?s released. For pregnancy to happen, the egg must be fertilised by a sperm within this time. If you want to get pregnant, having sex every couple of days will mean there?s always sperm waiting in the fallopian tubes to meet the egg when it?s released. any querries consult privetly

Most women with PCOS grow many small cysts on their ovaries. That is why it is called polycystic ovary syndrome. The cysts are not harmful but lead to hormone imbalances. Fact: Polycystic ovaries do not cause pain. Pain in the ovary could be from ovulation or from a cyst, which should usually clear up in time. Myth: Scalp hair loss is usually due to PCOS. No one knows exactly what causes PCOS, although evidence suggests a definite genetic link to the disorder. Many women with PCOS will have polycystic ovaries, but it is possible to be diagnosed with the syndrome without this sign, and not all women with polycystic-appearing ovaries will have PCOS.
