You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well to feel strong from within. Take plenty of water to be eliminate toxins. Take proteinous food.

Commercially available fruit juices are the worst food choices as they have a high glycemic index instead eat whole fruits. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to. Weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there' s more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0. 5-1. 0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Symptoms include increased thirst, increased urination, increased hunger, weight loss in type 1 diabetes and obesity in type 2 diabetes. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.Stop sugar intake. 9. Drink three litres of water daily. 10. Stop sleeping in day time.

To increase stamina, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking.

Worms can be the one of the reason. Do deworming, if not done in past six months. Give him multiple meals. Atleast 5-6 times in a day. Tab ashwaganda 1-1 twice a day.

No need to take any kind of medicines, for you get to reduce your weight by physical work outs that depends upon your age capacity. One small suggestion every morning eat curry leaves in empty stomach and take a glass of hot water regularly. Try this it work out.

Green tea can increase stomach acidity in people who have this tendency. It is taken between meals for its antioxidant properties and along with meals for its weight loss properties.

It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), or take more carbs and less protein, tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. This causes imbalance in the body so you have to first deal with your deficiencies and nutrient gaps. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Chamomile possesses antispasmodic properties and is also a great remedy for digestion related problems such as gas, dyspepsia and indigestion. It stimulates appetite which, in turn, enables one to put on weight by eating more. Drink chamomile tea on a regular basis for quick results. Peppermint tea also works wonders.

Hi, you can do minor exercises under supervision. -do not push yourself too much. -stop over-eating, eat healthy fruits or veggies -when hungry or craving to kill the false food calls. -do yoga at home.

I am 18 years old girl. I weigh 95 kgs. I am gng through a lot of stress. I am the eldest child in the house. I live in joint family. There are Twp siblings of mine the younger one. They r good at almost everything and m not m just an average girl. So I feel inferior and my family members also think that m not useful to anything. I have tried to commit suicide in front of them but still they don't care. After that I know that even if I die there will be no difference in there life there is no way I can commit suicide just make them understand my existence. Committing or trying to commit suicide is not a way of showing our importance in others' lives. I can completely understand the level of stress you are going through, but there is always a better way of handling it. I sincerely feel that your depressive symptoms, self harm thoughts and being overweight could be a part of hormonal imbalance. So I would advise you to do a complete hormonal profile including thyroid hormones, serum dhea levels, serum testosterone levels etc. Consult a gynecologist to rule out pcod if you continue to feel depressed and have feelings of hopelessness nad worthlessness, I would recommend you to visit a psychiatrist personally and start treatment and counselling. Depression is treatable so are hormonal problem. I am sure you will feel much better after treatments.

Hello, Coffee, specially the black one or green coffee is known to increase BMR before workouts. If normal coffee is taken, ensure you don't overload it with sugar. That will counteract its effects.

Few weeks back I had swelling in my body especially legs, the doctor had advised me to take some tests including ultrasound of kidney which according to the doctor was normal. These things came out to be abnormal ESR westergen 54 Mchc 31.4 Serum cholesterol 258 Serum triglycerides 204 Vldl 40.8 Total/hdl cholesterol ratio 5.43 Ldl/hdl cholesterol ratio 3.57 Serum uric acid 7.3 The reports had been shown to the doctor and some medicines were prescribed. 1. Telma 20 2. atorvastatin Calcium tablets 3. Lacix 4. Calcium carbonate tablets I sometimes see some swelling in my legs for unknown reason, also I had stopped taking medicine since the last 2 days just to check and the swelling returned in my feet today. Why is this happening? After seeing the swelling I have started taking medicines. What are the things that I can do from my side to stay healthy? Frankly speaking the swelling scares me a bit. I also have high BP for which I believe the doctor has prescribed the medicine. I also had minimal change disease (nephrotic syndrome) 8 years back due to this I get scared whenever I see some swelling in my feet. please provide some solution to my problem. Also should I stop eating chicken? I have already switched to low fat dairy products.

Trust your doctor. You are taking right medicines. Yes you can eat chicken and low fat dairy products but make sure that your protein intake is measured.

Start taking medohar guggul 2 bd with 2 glass warm water. Shivakshar pachan chooran after meals 1 tsp bd, trifla strain 20 ml at night for two months. Report every month. Diet should be light.

Hi lybrate-user your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.
