Why my mother have pain in leg 24*7 hour. Her age is 45 years old. What should i do?
: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

There is back pain but normally there is no pain whenever I get in the half bend position sometime pain is so high that I have to lay down for some time. Ya maximum 3 or 5 times in a year so what can be the cause why occur at that position only and how it can be cured.

I am 40 years I am diabetic for last two years my right shoulder getting full pain full what should I do ?

Diabetes must be controlled beyond any shadow of doubt. Rule out vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hi. If your diagnosis is correct, then there are 3 options for treatment. One is leave it alone. Ignore it. Apply ice when you feel pain. This is best treatment. Other 2 are done when this cyst becomes painful..

Sir my age is 23. Height 6 ft. Weight 76 kg. Sir from 7 month I am having numbness and tingling all over body along with muscle and bone pain. I am having excessive and new hair growth all over body except my chine beard and moustache have retarded growth but whole body including eyebrows chest head pubic excessive hair growth. I am having dark colored urine. My bp is 150/100. I am noticing chest and too much belly fat enlargement like pregnant lady from some month. Earlier I used to eat 6 chappati all 3 time but due to abdominal pain from 4 month my chappati reduced to 1 at each time. Still I am gaining weight on abdomen and chest. Whenever I sit on my legs I used to feel tingling and during sleep my leg become numb. I am also having shooting left half head pain from backside and pain on pressing too and from there headache goes to whole head. I am having abdominal pain from middle to lower part. I do not have gastric problem. Sir as I had many blood test for cbc they came normal except tlc reduced .I had 4 ultrasound of abdomen. And 1 plain MRI of upper abdomen.in that came right renal cortical cyst. As I was suspecting of adrenal gland tumour. I had one xray of cervical .it came incomplete segmentation of C1 and C2. Sir my problem is not detecting because doctor do not take my problem as serious as much as I am having. Sir I had my cortisol checked it came 234ng/ml morning. Please help.

Do take balanced diet and hyderated on regular time schedule everyday do regular physical activity and stretching and strengthening exercises and breathing exercises for about 15 minutes duration each time regularly best wishes.

Recently, I had a back pain. Doctor said I have a slip disc, but my age is just 30, moreover I hit the gym regularly. Maintained a healthy weights. Just because of this slip disc, I have stopped everything as because having a good and healthy body but a painful life is not a worthy thing. Doc had suggested a few exercise and not to bend forward. you are facing a problem from last two years and you didnt mention, have you ever consulted any doctor, what they prognosed or diagnosed you with a problem. Here is a small adviced, but strongly recommended to consult a physiotherapisthave you had a full blood test? low iron, magnesium and potassium can cause aching, cramping feelings in muscles, and also make you feel tired. So can out of balance hormones. It might also be worth keeping a food diary to see if there are any foods that trigger the symptoms (or ease the symptoms). Gentle stretching exercise like yoga might help ease the physical symptoms too.

Sounds like sinusitis. Take frequent steam inhalation. Alternatively get your glasses checked. If eye is fine but headache doesn't subside, then get urself checked with an ENT.

Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hi thanks for the query. Most of the times cause of the back pain after caesarian section is not due to the injection given in the back. During your pregnancy mostly in the last three months your back posture is abnormal carrying fetus in your abdomen. These mechanical problems cause back pain during pregnancy.
