What is your height. First you have to do lipid profile test and thyroid profile test to rule out the cause. According to cause we can give proper treatment. Now you can take lukewarm water for drinking and avoid all bakery stuff. For further assistance you can concern me privately

Do nothing but drink as often as your thirst compels you to. You're living in a metro city which has lots of environmental issues that must be making your system dry up faster than usual and hence the perpetual thirst. Don't worry, the fact that you're waking up from sleep to get a glass of water screams at you that you're not getting enough water into your system. So, go ahead. Drink some more.

6 Myths & Facts Related To Masturbation

MD - Dermatology, MBBS
Sexologist, Kolkata
6 Myths & Facts Related To Masturbation

Although a very normal physical function, masturbation (the touching of your genitals and other erogenous zones to induce sexual pleasure) has certain taboos attached to it. This natural sexual practice has given birth to all kinds of myths which stops people from indulging in this form of self-pleasure.

Here are some of the most common misconceptions and the truths behind them.

1. Myth: Masturbation makes you go blind
Fact:
Masturbation cannot make you blind. Studies conducted on this point of contention haven’t been able to find a link between masturbation and blindness. On the contrary, these researches have gone on to reveal that individuals who masturbate 4 times daily or more for years haven’t been found to suffer from any diseases attributed to masturbation, including blindness.

2. Myth: It can cause you to suffer from erectile dysfunction
Fact:
Erectile dysfunction refers to the inability to maintain or get an erection during intercourse. The causes of this sexual dysfunction are varied, but masturbation doesn’t figure in the list of causes. What really happens is that when you masturbate repeatedly, you become used to your own touch or to a certain kind of sensation. As a result, you may find it difficult to have orgasms with your partner.

3. Myth: Masturbation doesn’t provide any long-term health benefits
Fact:
Many experts believe that masturbation can be good for your health. Some of the health benefits that it provides include improved concentration levels and better sleep. It also helps in relieving stress and headaches as your body releases endorphins (brain chemicals), which give you a sense of well-being. Apart from that, masturbating regularly ensures better fitness levels and a youthful appearance in men.
For women, it offers certain sexual health benefits such as less pain during sexual intercourse. This happens due to the interaction between brain receptors and the endorphins, which help in reducing your perception of pain. Furthermore, it can even reduce vaginal dryness.

4. Myth: Children do not masturbate
Fact:
Masturbation is a normal childhood habit, wherein young children discover the private parts of their bodies and the feelings of pleasure that arise from this activity. Most children begin to play with their private parts by about 5-6 years of age. A child can masturbate once a week or several times a day. There are even researches out there that show male foetuses masturbating in the womb.

5. Myth: There’s no limit to how much you can masturbate
Fact:
According to the American Psychological Association, you should stop masturbating if it affects your daily life; causes emotional problems or physical soreness; disrupts your relationship with your partner or makes you unable to have orgasms from the stimulation that you experience with your partner. Otherwise, the frequency of masturbating can vary from individual to individual. If you masturbate a number of times in a day and still lead a healthy and satisfying life, you have nothing to worry about.

6. Myth: People in relationships do not masturbate
Fact: Whether you’re single or in a relationship, masturbation is a healthy sexual activity that you can engage in to fulfil your sexual desires. Studies show that masturbation is a very common behaviour; about 92% of men and 62% of women masturbate. Sometimes, couples also engage in masturbation together as part of their sexual activity. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

COUGH : Major Problem Of Changing Weather "Cure By Homeopathy"

COUGH : Major Problem Of Changing Weather "Cure By Homeopathy"

What is a cough?

There are three phases to a cough reflex:

  • An inhalation (breathing in)
  • An increased pressure in the throat and lungs with the vocal cords closed
  • An explosive release of air when the vocal cords open, giving a cough its characteristic sound

If somebody coughs a lot, it can be a sign of a disease. Many coughs are caused by infectious diseases, like the common cold, but there are also non-infectious causes.

Coughs can be due to pollution/irritation, GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), choking, chronic bronchitis, asthma or emphysema, a tumor in the lung, heart failure, some drugs (e.g., ACE inhibitors), post-nasal drip, and smoking.

Classification of coughs

  • Acute cough - has a sudden onset and lasts up to 3 weeks

  • Subacute cough - persists for 3-8 weeks
  • Chronic cough - persists for over 8 weeks
  • Productive cough - a cough that brings stuff up, such as sputum
  • Dry cough - a cough that brings nothing up
  • Nocturnal cough - only occurs at night

Causes of coughs

The majority of coughs are caused by viruses and clear up without treatment.

Causes of acute (short-term) cough - in most cases, the infection is in the upper respiratory tract and affects the throat, this is known as a URTI/URI (upper respiratory tract infection). Examples include flu, the common cold, and laryngitis.

If it is an LRTI (lower respiratory tract infection), the lungs are infected, and/or the airways lower down from the throat (windpipe). Examples include bronchitis and pneumonia.

An acute cough can also be caused by hay fever.

Causes of chronic (long-term) cough - a chronic cough may be caused by smoking, mucus dripping down the throat from the back of the nose (nasal drip), GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disease), asthma, and some medications (e.g. ACE-inhibitors).

Chronic coughs in children are most often caused by asthma, but can also be from conditions like GERD.

Less common causes of chronic cough in adults include TB (tuberculosis, fungal infections of the lung, and lung cancer.

When to see a doctor

If a cough has persisted for 3 weeks without improvement, a doctor's advice should be sought. In most cases, there will not be anything serious underlying the cough, but in rare cases, a long-term cough can be a sign of something that needs treating, such as lung cancer or heart failure.

Other reasons to seek medical advice include:

  • The cough is getting worse
  • There are swelling or lumps present in the neck region
  • Weight loss
  • Severe coughing
  • Changes in the sound of the voice
  • Coughing up blood
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Chest pain
  • Fevers that are not getting better

Diagnosing a cough

If a doctor decides that a cough is caused by the common cold or flu, the general advice will be to rest, drink plenty of fluids, and let it run its course. In the majority of cases, such coughs clear up after 1-2 weeks.

A cough caused by a viral infection that persists for more than a couple of weeks will probably require medical attention.

The doctor may order some diagnostic tests, such as a chest X-ray, a sample of phlegm may be sent to a laboratory for analysis to determine what is causing the infection.

The patient may be asked to breathe in and out of a tube attached to a machine; this helps the doctor determine whether the airways have an obstruction (this test is called a spirometry), which is common in asthma or emphysema.

If asthma is diagnosed, the patient may be prescribed asthma medication.

Sometimes, a doctor may refer the patient to a respiratory specialist.

Treatments and home remedies for coughs

The best way to treat a cough caused by a viral infection is to let the immune system deal with it - generally, such coughs clear up on their own. According to the National Health Service, United Kingdom, a homemade remedy with honey and lemon is as good, if not better than most OTC products sold in pharmacies.

Treatments are mostly aimed at making the patient feel a little bit better and generally do not decrease the length of the cough.

Honey - it coats the throat, resulting in less irritation and possibly less coughing. Honey is a demulcent (something that soothes).

Cough medications - some may help associated symptoms, such as fever or a stuffy nose. However, there is no compelling evidence that cough medicines are effective in making the cough go away faster.but homoeopathy can reduce the suffering.

For small children, it is a good idea to talk to a doctor before giving OTC cough medicine. Some ingredients in cough medicines can be dangerous for small children.

HOMOEOPATHY DO BEST IN COUGH AND REDUCE THE SUFFERING WITHOUT ANY SIDE EFFECTS.

Hi, I think excessive gymming is creating the problem as you are exessively stretching yourself. Are you taking proper nutrition? I would suggest you to slow down your gym exercise and replace half of it by jogging or brisk walking. You are getting addicted to gym. Drink lots of water and have lots of salad. Have a good sleep too.

Hello my age is 24 and my hairs become white. what should I do? please help me out thanks.
Homoeopathic medicine LYCOPODIUM 30 ( Dr.Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon freh water daily night HAIR AID DROPS( BAKSON) The above pack contains 2 type of drops HAIR AID INTERNAL -Drink 10 drop in 1 spoon fresh water twice daily HAIR AID EXTERNAL-Apply 40-45 drop after mixing in 1-2 spoon oil( Any oil mustard or coconut) on scalp 30 minutes before bath twice weekly Report after 3 monthss Steps to prevent and cure hair greying 1. Constant exposure of hair to heat is one of the major reason for early greying of hair. Heat removes moisture from hair making it dry and rough. If not taken proper care our hair starts becoming weak and white. Some of the precautions that can be taken are as follows- a. Try to remain in shade during peak sun hours. b. Wear a hat, cap or a cover your hair with a scalf to prevent direct contact of hair with sun c. Avoid taking hot water baths. This removes the moisture from hair making hair grey. d. Avoid using blowers at very high temperature, instead lower the temperature and then use to keep hair healthy. 2. Diet is also an important factor for keeping hair black and strong. Lack of vitamins and minerals can lead to greying and weak hair. Lack of vitamin B12 makes hair white while deficiency of mineral zinc leads to hairfall. Hence eat a balance diet with adequate vitamins and minerals to provide complete nourishment to hair. Take a vitamin B12 capsule or a multi vitamin capsule to get rid of grey hair. Eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, and adequate water to keep hair strong and moisturized. Include vitamin A, B, C, E and minerals like zinc, copper, iron and folic acid for maintaining the dark colour of your hair. 3. Chemical hair products can also lead to grey hair in a young age. Avoid using low quality hair products as these products contain chemicals like ammonia, chlorine etc. that can remove the natural darkness from hair and also make it roots weak. Instead use chemical free products which contain natural extracts to maintain the darkness of hair. 4. Chlorine water in swimming pools can damage the quality of hair. Regular contact of hair with such water can decolourise its colour. Wear swimming cap while you enter the pool. Following these precautions will prevent greying of hair. 5. Biotin present in cucumber, oats, almonds can make your grey hair black. Biotin have properties that help to maintain the dark colour of hair. It has the ability to darken white hair and make hair soft. Hence eat biotin rich foods to cure greying of hair. 6. Stress is condition that leads to degradation of our entire body. It damages our skin and hair taking away the moisture and making it look dull. Stress can also make your hair grey. So avoid stress and try to remain happy always. Try yoga, medication or try some exercise to prevent premature greying of hair. 7. Melanin deficiency in hair also leads to hair whitening. As we grow old melanin in hair starts decreasing and hence our hair becomes grey in old age. In case of lack of melanin visit a dermatologist to get the perfect cure for your problem. 8. Every day scalp massages are very important to restore the darkness of hair. The head massage helps to improve blood circulation in the area, which is very important because the hair is fed mainly through this, and this aspect is very important because the first grey hairs appear in temples because the blood flow is reduced. You can do the massages yourself or ask a family member for it.

I am 35 year, my penis for skin is going tight and cracking when I try to pull back, felling pain. I confused that to...
You have Phimosis, which in your age, the foreskin should still be forming so may be easy to treat. Stretching exercises, when erect just pull it back as far as it will go and hold for 5 mins. Do this a few times daily.. in the shower helps, and you should see results within days/weeks. Could also try, if its possible to pull back a bit, pull it back, grab the glans( top cap of penis) with two fingers and roll the foreskin up over the two fingers as far as it will go (when the ring of skin turns white). hold it there for 5 mins. Lubricant helps with this!. . It's fairly common, and this should help. Also try rubbing vitamin E( Add few drops of olive oil )around the top and inside the foreskin, which may help elasticate it.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. Do morning walk daily for 30-45 min.

The Causes of Male Infertility

Sexologist Clinic
Sexologist, Faridabad
The Causes of Male Infertility

Male infertility has many causes--from hormonal imbalances, to physical problems, to psychological and/or behavioral problems.  Moreover, fertility reflects a man’s “overall” health.  Men who live a healthy lifestyle are more likely to produce healthy sperm.  The following list highlights some lifestyle choices that negatively impact male fertility--it is not all-inclusive:

· Smoking--significantly decreases both sperm count and sperm cell motility.
· Prolonged use of marijuana and other recreational drugs.
· Chronic alcohol abuse.
· Anabolic steroid use--causes testicular shrinkage and infertility
· Overly intense exercise--produces high levels of adrenal steroid hormones which cause a
   testosterone deficiency resulting in infertility.
· Inadequate vitamin C and Zinc in the diet
· Tight underwear--increases scrotal temperature which results in decreased sperm production.
· Exposure to environmental hazards and toxins such as pesticides, lead, paint, radiation, radioactive
substances, mercury,  benzene, boron, and heavy metals
· Malnutrition and anemia
· Excessive stress

Modifying these behaviours can improve a man’s fertility and should be considered when a couple is trying to achieve pregnancy.
