I am 24 years old male. My weight is 49 kg and I am very thin so how can my health improve and get fitness?
It is true that you'll be putting the breaks on gaining weight if you're nutrition is impaired. Gain the lean weight you need. However, there is a clear difference in getting bigger and getting more muscular. I am talking about gaining weight without getting fat which will make you more muscular, not just bigger. If you're training protein free, you won't be able to gain weight or add an impressive amount of muscle mass if you're not consuming enough clean calories to promote hypertrophy; i. E. Muscle growth. On the contrary, if you don't eat enough, chances are that you'll lose muscle no matter how hard you train. These people who are extremely thin also tend to go with unhealthy food and junk to add extra fat to the body before going with natural process to gain weight. For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Hello doctor. I am facing a problem from 4 days, when I go to toilet my shit is smelling like neem leaves, only on 1st day I saw white small insects in my shit. What is the actual problem? HI, You are having intestinal worm infestation. Take one tab. Of Bendex 400 mg today at bed time after food. You can actually see the worms getting expelled from your body along with the stools within a day or two. After that get your stools tested for ova and cyst. If the are not present, then you do not need any more treatment.

I am diabetic for the past 4 years, my age is 43, I am taking zitamet in the morning and glyzephage sr 500 at night. It is 6 months since I last met my doctor, currently my sugar levels are 140 in empty stomach and 190 post prandial. Shall I continue with the same medicines?

Your levels are ok. They can be still better. Continue the same. Check your hba1c level it should be around 6.5 per cent.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Day 5 of cycle or just after the period - day 1 is the day period starts like it is 1.5. 16, test will be done on 6.5. 16 but if women have a tendency to have a 7 days plus cycle, it will be done a day after she gets dry. Reason is that while doing the test for tubes, we are hopeful of a pregnancy and will be disturbing / killing it.

lybrate-user, It would be better if you were to mention current fasting, PP levels and HbA1c%, rather than giving some random numbers. Most important is to have a HbA1c% <6.8, for excellent control. There is no" diabetic food" The diet has to be balanced like every one, but one should avoid sweets, deep fried food, junk foods, pastries, items made of maida, sweetened aerated drinks (colas), fructose corn syrup containing foods and highly processed food. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits about 100 g a day. Total caloric intake has to match the need based on your actual caloric need based on ideal body weight and extent of daily exercise. Thanks.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do floor exercises daily. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat. You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stress and to build up your stamina as well as to feel strong from with in. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins.
