Studies show that replacing a grain-based breakfast with eggs can help you eat fewer calories for the next 36 hours, and lose more weight and more body fat . If you can’t eat eggs for some reason, then that’s fine. Any source of quality protein for breakfast should do the trick.

Dear Lybrate User, *Certain nutrients have powerful effect on your nervous system making it calmer. Calmer the mind more will be the weight. The best nutrients for this are vitamin D, calcium, magnesium and vitamin B6. For Vitamin D drink milk and take sun rays. Milk is again a great source of calcium along with yoghurt. Green leafy vegetables are good source of magnesium. *Do not consume products that are made from white flour and sugar as these may harm your body adversely *Eat banana three time a day followed by milk of curd. You can also make the banana shake in milk to gain weight. *Eat lots of fruit with milk. *Take milk and boil it with almonds, anjeer and date palm. It will hep you in gaining weight.

Dear user, just because you are feeling like to urinate frequently, doesn't means you are diabetic. Along with this if do you have some other symptoms like, weight loss, frequent hunger or thrust, any weakness or anything. If you have all this or you have family history of diabetes then better just check one your blood sugar.

M also working so I do not have time for exercise and dieting hoti nahi mujhse, main morning mei 1 cup tea and 1 peace of bread leti hu, lunch mei sabji and 3 rotis, evening mei sirf tea dinner mein sabji and 3 rotis. I advice you take lukewarm water in the morning, then after go for brisk walk atleast 45minutes and do exercise 10 to 15 minutes. Take healthy breakfast daily. Don't skip breakfast. Use salad before lunch / dinner. You should take lots of water (10 to 12 in a day) use skim milk (without fat) and you should take green leafy vegetales and fruits,

Hye, Thanks for the query. To stay fit and healthy you need to eat as per what your body needs. Try to avoid long gaps in between meals. Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal. If you want to adopt a healthy diet includes a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and lean protein including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats. Include foods you can find in your local grocery store — rather than specialty non local foods. Local and seasonal foods always give us the right nutrients. Do consider your health risks if you have any when choosing foods. Stay away from calorie-laden, fatty and salty convenience and highly processed and junk foods. Experiment with quick and healthy cooking techniques, such as baking, grilling and sauteing. Learn important food safety tips. Avoid unwanted stress. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Sleep well and drink plenty of water.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day.
