कोकोनट मिल्क जिसको हिंदी में नारियल का दूध कहा जाता है इसे नारियल को कस करके निकाला जाता है. अधिक मलाईदार होने के कारण, इसको दूध के विकल्प में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. नारियल के दूध में विटामिन सी, विटामिन ई, विटामिन बी-1, विटामिन बी-3, विटामिन बी-5 और विटामिन बी-6 के साथ-साथ लोहा, सेलेनियम, कैल्शियम, मैग्नीशियम और फास्फोरस में समृद्ध होता है. इस प्रकार, यह मिठाई मलाईदार तरल एक स्वस्थ आहार का एक हिस्सा हो सकता है और जिन लोगों को पशु दूध से एलर्जी होती है यह उन लोगों के लिए एक बढ़िया विकल्प है. नारियल के दूध के फायदे और नुकसान निम्नलिखित हैं.

7. बचाए सनबर्न से
सन बर्न से बचने के लिए नारियल के दूध की पतली परत को सनबर्न क्षेत्र में लगाएं. इस दूध में वसा और तेल की मदद से लालिमा कम हो जाती है और त्वचा की नमी वापिस आ जाती है. नारियल के दूध को रात भर प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के ऊपर लगाकर छोड़ दें और सुबह उठ कर स्नान कर लें.
7. गठिया का इलाज
इसमें मौजूद सेलेनियम एक एंटीऑक्सिडेंट है, जो मुक्त कणों को नियंत्रित करने और जोड़ों की सूजन के जोखिम को कम करने के द्वारा गठिया के लक्षणों से दूर रखने में मदद करता है.
8. कोलेस्ट्रॉल को नियंत्रित करने में
यह मक्खन और डेयरी आधारित क्रीम की तुलना में, कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर कम कर सकता है. ये हाई कोलेस्ट्रॉल की परेशानी में मददगार हो सकता है. इसका कारण यह है कि इसमें लैरीक एसिड पाया जाता है जो एचडीएल (अच्छे) कोलेस्ट्रॉल को बढ़ा देता है.
9. बढ़ती उम्र को कम करे
नारियल के दूध में मौजूद तांबे और विटामिन सी के कारण, यह त्वचा की लोच बढ़ाने में मदद करता है. ये पोषक तत्व त्वचा और रक्त वाहिकाओं के लचीलेपन को बनाए रखने के द्वारा आपकी त्वचा और शरीर की उम्र बढ़ने की प्रक्रिया को धीमा कर देते हैं.
10. मैग्नीशियम का अच्छा स्रोत

नारियल के दूध के नुकसान

  • यदि आप इसका अधिक मात्रा में सेवन करते हैं, तो आपका वजन बढ़ सकता है.
  • हाई कोलेस्ट्रॉल और हृदय रोगों से पीड़ित लोगों को बहुत अधिक मात्रा में नारियल दूध के सेवन से बचना चाहिए.

Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

Get BP and eye sight checked, x ray PNS, thyroid hormones T3 T4 Tsh 1.Sleep.Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. Keep your routine fixed and regular medicine can not be advised for open question for medicine contact on private chat.

Ear pain can be due to many reasons like wax or infection in ear or referred pain from other sites that can only be diagnosed after examination. For pain you can take tab. Combiflam twice a day. Do not use ear buds.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello, Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports and follow following advises 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying

You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting a reduction in smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged on. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check-up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact, these conditions can exist all through the day, unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heartbeat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact, it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chew gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. You could also join twitter2quit program and enjoy its success to give up smoking.
