I am a 36 yr old male. I am non vegeterian. My height is 5ft 7 inch and weight is around 68 kgs which comes under ideal bmi. I exercise regularly and have no bad habits like drinking, smoking. I am quite diet conscious and do not binge on fatty products / cold drinks / snacks etc. However, I do like to eat out and try good dishes preferably non veg. I am tyring to reduce my belly but it is not happening. Can you suggest what should I do. Thanks.

Hi select lean cuts of meat prefer grilled, barbequed or baked meats. To reduce fat on belly:- avoid dinner after 8 pm don't hv rice for dinner you can take soup n grilled chicken/fish for dinner. Let me know your progress.

Hello. Hair fall is becoz of Thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss. Take homeopathic treatment for complete cure. As long as follow this tips: 1.Hair Oil Massage. The first step that you can take to reduce hair loss is to massage your scalp with appropriate hair oil. 2. Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil. Beat to give a paste-like consistency and apply to the entire scalp and hair. Keep it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water and a mild shampoo. 3.Treat hair loss naturally by eating more vitamins and supplements, and minerals for hair loss, such as Vitamin C, Biotin, Niacin, Iron and Zinc. Your weakness is not related to masturbation. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

Eating a variety of flavors from food may help increase your appetite. Avoid eating bland foods; that can do little for increasing your appetite. Adding fresh or dried herbs to dishes can help enhance flavor and also add nutritional value to a meal. Try either cooking or ordering from a restaurant a different cuisine you are not used to. For example, try adding in Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern or other ethnic flavors into your meals. Trying new flavor combinations can increase your desire to eat and may help broaden your interest in food. The smell of herbs and seasonings should also help boost your appetite. You can also make food more interesting by increasing the variety of texture of foods at meals. If your oral health allows it, avoid eating just one texture of food at meal times. Get a little bit of soft, crunchy, chewy, etc. Foods at meals to help keep you interested.

Low sugar in early morning can cause visual disturbance some times sudden vascular complications tia can give rise to visual disturbances. Eye complications because of diabetes like hemorrhage in retina -retinopathy can give rise loss of vision. Some times vit b12 defciency also causes visual disturbances.

Dear, You have a poor digestive system and possibly gas. Make sure you eat plenty of fresh fruits, cucumber, salads. These are alkaline in nature and will help you balance the acids in your body. Also, make sure you keep a proper gap between you meals and sleep time and drink lots of hot water before your meal and before sleeping. DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 5 gm of ajwain seeds along with 5 gm of jaggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of trifala juice along with 20 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.
