My wife is pregnant 12 week Normally 4th to 6 the month are safe for sex So I want to know, in this sex moment sperm going in her vagina is better or not for normal delivery? Or there is any problems with sperm and womb connection? Or using condom better for normal delivery? (Before 5 month we lost our 6 week baby due to normal reason)

MD
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Sex is safe up to 30 weeks provided there are no complications the presnce of sperms has no effect on preg it also does not for delivery outcome this should totally depend on the mother and baby status at delivery.

Yes, tablets like clomiphene citrate used for inducing ovulation do cause hormonal. Changes and discomfort in breast. However these are transient and subside suggest you to complete pcod and infertility treatment.

Menstrual problems and their impact on female health

Good evening my name is Dr. Rahul Manchanda and I'm a gynecologist obstetrician. I do specialize in gynecological endoscopy which is a subspecialty of obstetrics and gynecology in which we look at women's diseases through small cuts. We treat them and manage them. Women's diseases that we look through this method or anything from people who can't conceive who have difficulty in conceiving to menstrual problems pain during the periods right up to cancer and women as we know are the pivot of society and the family in general and they need to look after their health. Whether you have heavy periods or you have pain during your periods. That isn't really normal. You must visit a gynecologist and make sure that there is nothing a problem there.

If you need to consult me I am available on the Lybrate website these gynecological endoscopic procedures are less painful you don't need to stay in the hospital for very long. The bleeding is minimal and of course, Kostas comes down because the medicines required much less. Besides the patient going home soon so you can diagnose most problems with this and treat them also the most common killer in our society for women are cervical cancers utrine cancer and these can be diagnosed and should be diagnosed through these procedures. A minimally invasive technique which is hysteroscopy or laparoscopy helps us diagnose them and treat them so the long periods of staying in hospitalslarge unsightly cutss the huge amount of pain that one has during surgery and after is much less and they don't have to suffer the agony of going through it.

Please look after your health. Please visit your gynecologist so that you can treat these problems and manage them and be healthy as a normal person. Thank you.

Bulging belly is due to fat deposition and due to LAX abdominal muscles ,you can start doing stretching and abdominal exercises to reduce the bulge. Eat a healthy balanced diet ,avoid fried and junk food ,do not take carbonated drinks and packed juices.

I am 33 year old and I have a big and flappy tummy which is due to pregnancy. As my baby is 1 year old I want to reduce my tummy fat. So please help me with it.

Hello, hope you had a normal delivery of the baby. No problem it can be reduced eventually. Pls do exercise daily. Yoga, meditation also works. Don; t sit for long time. After eating go for a 10 mins walk, which helps you to maintain flat tummy. And eat before 2 hours of the sleep. Drink more water in a day. If you are a feeding mother still, I suggest take a good food at this moment then I will recommend some food supplements which full fill your diet. Add omega-3 and protein at the moment which is good for baby too

Cardiovascular Health - Easy Ways To Help You Maintain It!

Cardiovascular Health - Easy Ways To Help You Maintain It!

Following a healthy lifestyle that is armed with a well-regulated diet is the most important aspect of combating your cardio-vascular disease. If you think that it is going to be very difficult to achieve, then you will be happy to know that the reality is quite the opposite. You can achieve your goals by following short and simple steps that would help you to reap long-term benefits for protecting your cardio-vascular health.

  1. Try to use the calories consumed: It is very important to know how many calories you are consuming in a span of 24 hours. The calorie and nutritional information given on the food levels are normally based on the 2000 calorie diet. But it is crucial to know that your individual calorie requirement is dependent on numerous factors, including your age, gender as well as level of physical activities. When you are aiming to restrict your weight gain, it is recommended not to eat more than you can use up in a day along with increasing the intensity and amount of physical activity so that it matches the amount of physical activity. You must try to incorporate either 75 minutes of hard training or 150 minutes of moderate exercise in a span of seven days in order to boost healthy weight loss.
  2. Consume a wide array of nutritious items from all food groups: Though you may believe that you are eating a sufficient amount of foods, your body may not be receiving an optimum amount of nutrients it needs for proper functioning. Foods that are considered rich in nutrients must contain sufficient amounts of protein, minerals, whole grains and other variants of nutrients with low calorie content. These foods not only aid in reduction of weight but also trigger lowering of blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
  3. Eat right: You must aim to incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet besides whole grains, dairy products with low fat contents, legumes and nuts. It is important to stay away from red meat, trans fat, artificially sweetened beverages and sodium. Experts also suggest consuming less of food that has poor nutrient content in order to protect your heart.
  4. Avoid smoking and alcohol: Simply exercising and eating a healthy diet is important, but you should not eliminate the adverse effects of smoking and alcohol consumption, which not only cast an impact on the health of your heart but also cause a variety of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. The medications and remedial measures vary greatly among individuals and thus, it is crucial to speak with a doctor for receiving personalized treatments.

1. First step is pregnancy test in morning urine sample of the female. 2. If positive then consult a gynaecologist for evacuation with the help of tablets which should be given within two weeks of missed periods. Not later.
