You can stop graying hairs. Though its a slow process, its worth. Try out neeli bhringyadi tailam. Apply regularly. Avoid spicy food and have plenty of water. Take care.

Change food habites. Add in your food vitamins minirales proteins. Do aerobic excersices yoga. You apply Ķeva under eye cream in night before going to sleep. Wash face with Ķeva aloe face wash than apply cream.

Starting and following the steps as planned towards the beginning can be hard, but everything gets accustomed with time. Top 22 Diet & Fitness Tips Top 22 Diet & Fitness Tips Don’t ever overdo with any exercise and do as far as the body permits. Individual predisposition, natural abilities and genes should always be taken into account while implementing an exercise program. A slim person would normally have high metabolism than a not so slim person and can achieve better results working out only 3-4 times a week, 5- 6 times for the latter. We lose water via sweating, urinating and breathing, etc. Thus we lose more water during hot weather, even if you aren’t sweating. Don’t let your body get dehydrated, supply yourself with water and required fluids whenever the body demands. Do not ever skip breakfast as not eating well at the starting of the day can result in being hungry later on. Choose your food well. Snacking by sitting in front of the TV is the easiest way to hamper your diet. Thus, watch out what you eat. Burn up a particular amount of calorie to maintain the balance of your health. Settle for several mini meals than one huge meal during the day, as you tend to over eat while you are very hungry. Use smaller plates and glasses to downsize your portion and get satisfied with whatever is available in the plate. Switch your food habits if you understand it’s not quite healthy and nutritious for your body. Opt for salads tossed with pepper and lemon to add flavors to it. Try skipping alcohols and nicotine. As alcohols contain empty calories it gets converted into direct body fat. Celebrate but not with food. If success comes your way then celebration is mandatory. Do celebrate but treat yourself with assets or shopping and not with an enormous pizza or a chocolate sundae. Fill your house with healthy snack Exercise regularly and maintain the consistency. Workout with a companion. Keep a diary of your progress and check your weight at regular intervals.

I am 30 years old male 5.8' wieghing89 kg though I take very less food in my diet but my weight is not reducing at all . Plus I have a govt. Job where my work profile is sitting behind the computer for straight 9 hrs. So I don't get much time for exercise as I become very tired after job hours and don't like hitting gym after job or go for a walk. Plz help me in getting my diet right. What Makes You Prone to Acne?

Acne is a disorder which is characterized by small red bumps on the skin or occluded pores in the skin such as blackheads. It can make people conscious of their appearance and result in low self-esteem and anxiety. It usually affects people who fall in the age group of 12-25 but sometimes older people are also affected.

There are various factors that make the skin prone to acne. Acne occurs when overactive sebaceous glands (glands that produce oil in the skin) produce excess oil and the dead skin cells clog the pores of the hair follicle present in the skin. Inflammation occurs in the clogged hair follicle resulting in acne.

Some causes that make your skin prone to acne are -

1. Diet - Following a proper diet is a key factor in keeping your skin healthy. Food usually doesn't cause acne directly but can cause other problems such as greasy skin that are linked with acne. However, foods high in iodides such as seaweeds consumed over time can cause acne.

2. Stress - Stress is another major cause that makes your skin prone to acne. When the body stressed, it produces excessive testosterone (a sex hormone) resulting in excessive oil production. Stress also impairs the immune system of the body so that it becomes vulnerable to acne.

3. Cosmetics - Some cosmetics (usually oil based) tend to clog the pores of the skin which may result in acne. Using harsh cleansing agents can dry and irritate the skin. Also, gentle washing of the skin is recommended to avoid breakouts.

4. Hormones - Changes in hormonal balance can cause acne especially in the beginning of puberty. In some cases, women are affected by acne when the menstrual cycle stops. The acne caused by hormonal changes may also be genetic in nature.

Dizziness or giddiness is usually due to ear labyrinthine problem. Anti vertigo tabs and vitamin b 12 can help you. You require to go for ear examination. Pure tone and impedence audiometry, may require ct scan and stepping test (cranio corpography) to come to proper diagnosis.

You have not mentioned the date of last period. Take Tab Deviry 10 mg or any similar tablet ( containing Medroxyprogesterone Acetate ) two times a day from 21st day of the period till the date you wish to postpone it.

I have neck pain after last night sleep, I can move my neck freely what should I do?

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 22, male. I have pain in my right knee, I mean the joints. I had this pain from past 5 years. But from last 1 year it has been very painful. It must be investigated. Get a MRI of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don?t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Leucorrhoea is whitish watery discharge secreted from vagina. Normal rise in secretion occurs before 5 days of periods coming date. If discharge is yellowish with foul smell and causes itching in and around vaginal region, it is a symptoms of infection. These are some instructions and methods which you should follow: * Eat green leafy vegetables daily. Eat a bowl of cereal and drink a glass of milk daily. * Drink plenty of water daily. Drink6 to 8 glass of water. *Maintain proper hygiene around the genital area. Take 500 ml of water and add one teaspoon of Dettol in it, clean the genital area with this daily for 7 days. * Take proper sleep of 6 hrs daily.

Hi Lybrate user, Take small & frequent meal. To gain weight you must consume High calorie high protein diet in your daily meal. Consuming lot of calories doesn’t mean that you have to over eat or over stuff yourself. You must always choose healthy sources of calorie dense foods. You must eat natural and simple foods for weight gain. Never skip your meals and make sure you are including all varieties of foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals and foods with high protein in your diet. Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese are rich in protein and calcium. If you are non-vegetarian then include Egg & meat. Egg is a protein rich food with high amount of calories. Nuts are the most nutritious and protein rich food. Fruits are the best sources of carbohydrates, healthy sugars, vitamins and minerals. Do regular walk/ exercise.

Hello, doubled filter oil must be good. Pls don't go for palmoils. Should be liquid form. All these oils are omega6 fatty acids. Our body required two type of fatty acids. Omega6 and omega3. Should be in o6: o3 ratio 5: 1. Healthy condition. But unfortunately we hardly get o3 in our diet. There will increase the cholesterol in body. Like 60: 1 or 120: 1. If you can improve omega3 from food supplements, you can really not to worry about any type of obesity, fat, cholesterol, heart related problems. This works especially for men. Let me know.
