Change food habites. Add in your food some oily end ghee prepretions. Vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad. Milk end milk products. Bath with pears soap daily. On marks rub dermacid cream two times. Take 3 to 4 litter water in a day.

Lybrate-user as per your description you must be having oily skin. As area involved in your case is large so you have to take medicine in order to cure totally. Before that make sure that your stomach is ok. Your should not have constipation problem. Take your meal on time. Consume approx. 3-4 litre of water daily so that toxins inside body is flushed properly. Consume healthy diet - which includes pulses, chapati, green vegetable, avoid junk food apply multani mitti daily on your face and back. You can add chandan powder in it.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

He has to plan a diet for daily activity and reduce fat, high calorie diet, sweets and do exercises especially for fat. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts, like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results.

Hi you have not given full details, let me know- 1. Since how long you have this problem? 2. Do you have dry skin? 3. Do you have dandruff? 4. Have you history of any serious illness. 5. Do you have anemia? report of blood test. 6. There is a normal smell in the vagina which is there with everyone just keep yourself absolutely clean wash with simple soap and water atleast twice a day and after passing urine stool every time and pat dry before you put on your clothes also use only cotton under wears so that there is no perspiration still if you find something very extraordinary then consult a gynecologist and get clinically checked.

You should test for urine pregnancy test asap. If negative then you can take tablet deviry 10 mg twice a day for 5 days to get menses. Even faint second line is positive test and you have to read the result within 5 minutes of putting urine.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
