Mr Rahul, May I know the age, as mentioned is 6 years. If you are having diabetes, then controlling blood sugar levels to near normal levels is is very important, from the point of view of reducing long term complications. There are many medicines which are useful in controlling sugar levels, but can only be recommended when all the information is made available like fasting, PP sugar levels (current), HbA1c%, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It will be better if you come in a private conversation then I will be able to guide specifically. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines and no prescriptions. The guidelines like avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Refrain from alcohol and smoking. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads. Exercise daily for at least 1 hour. etc.

Hi sir/mam I found breast lump in left breast 8 months back but there is no swelling discharge or any symptoms but pain at time of menses that's it I saw in some articles all breast lumps are not cause cancer pizz give me suggestion it cause any severe condition in future what precautions I should take.

Hi, It is true that all breast lumps will not lead to cancer. But it is not advisable to neglect any kind breast lump. A breast lump not causing any pain, swelling, discharge etc may silently turn into a cancer. I suggest you to consult a general surgeon and get it examined once. He/she will be the right person to tell you what it is. Take care.

You need to take adequate rest, minimum 7-8 hours of quality sleep and a balanced diet. The tiredness should resolve with that. Also drink plenty of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated. For the high cholesterol and bilirubin, see a good physician. The raised creatinine also needs to be investigated. If blurring of vision is persistent, see an ophthalmologist.

Arke rahat:- with its refreshing scent, peppermint helps open up clogged blood vessels which cause headache. It contains menthol which helps regulate blood flow in the body. Quietly breathe in the aroma in a cool, dark room. You can also mix 3 drops of peppermint oil in one tablespoon of almond oil, or just add a little water and massage the temples or the back of your neck with it. Alternatively, can apply crushed peppermint leaves on your forehead. Make an herbal tea by adding 1 teaspoon of dried peppermint to a cup of boiling water. Cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and add some honey to sweeten it. Sip the tea slowly. Lavender oil: not only does lavender have a beautiful fragrance - it's also a great remedy for alleviating headaches. Simply smelling the soothing scent of lavender essential oil helps, so you can just put a few drops on a tissue and inhale it. You can also add 2 drops of lavender oil to two cups of boiling water and inhale the steam. Another option is to mix two or three drops in one tablespoon of almond oil or olive oil and massage your forehead with it" you can even draw a foot bath of lavender oil and peppermint, since the hot water draws blood to your feet and the aroma relaxes muscles relax. So when a headache looms, you know what to do. On the pain. And believe it or not, just soaking your feet in hot water also helps get rid of a headache. For a severe headache, add a bit of hot mustard powder to the water. Inhale the steam after boiling basil in a pot of water.

Spondylosis is best managed by physiotherapy and no role of drugs is there. Exercises, tractions, collar or belt support as the case may be and some relaxing gels and painkillers are the best things a surgeon can give. Main role is of physio n support only. Vaidyas are blessed with the advantage of suggesting some herbal applications and oral med those not only relax muscles but also strengthen them and help maintaining proper gap in ivd spaces. But again support of area and physiotherapy can't be dispensed away. No pain killers in ayurveda. Long duration in both pathies are reqd but ayurveda will not have bad effects. Choice is yours.

Antimonium tartaricum 6c 3 to 6 times daily until improved.

You may be anxious because of an overly demanding schedule, lack of exercise or sleep, pressure at home or work, or even from too much coffee. The bottom line is that if your lifestyle is unhealthy and stressful, you’re more likely to feel anxious—whether or not you actually have an anxiety disorder. So if you feel like you worry too much, take some time to evaluate how well you’re caring for yourself. Do you make time each day for relaxation and fun? Are you getting the emotional support you need? Are you taking care of your body? Are you overloaded with responsibilities? Do you ask for help when you need it? If your stress levels are through the roof, think about how you can bring your life back into balance. There may be responsibilities you can give up, turn down, or delegate to others.
