Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

Sad to hear that you have got hiv, but now that also can be treated. Hope you have done art course. Plain paracetamol would help to reduce fever but cause of fever has to be ruled out.

Dear Ms Aman regarding food take salad . fruits.and any thing prepared by boiling ,steam cooking or pressure cooking..ie our rice chapatti etc...avoid food prepared in ovens like biscuits...avoid anything fried...soft drinks and fruit juices contain too much sugar should be avoided also all sweets ..see EAT WELL DIET..published by UK in the net.. Milk also to be limited. to reduce wt..walking for 45 min covering 4kmdaily is enough....but then you have to reduce your in take...replace dinner with salads and fruits. replace breakfast with some product from GETRIM..see net. you should try and reduce 3 kg in a month not more. lf you have any questions please free to contact me.

Get blood tested for dengue, malaria and chickungunya 1. Take plenty of liquids - milk, tea, water, soups, narial pani, nibu pani, fresh juice 2. Have light meals with fruits - apple, anar. Papaya .3 complete rest 4. Take paracetamol 1 tab for fever report result on private chat for med and more required advise good luck.

I am 48 years old female. I have regular pain in the knee and I have blood pressure below average in routine check ups. I have tried change of diet. Also used calcium and multivitamin tablets for few months. Knee caps are being used daily. But still relief is not there.

You may have thyroid issues or vitamin deficiency or uric acid. Get a check up done. Also, if you have gained weight, then it can cause knee pain. If the knees are swollen and feel heavy, if there is a sound when you sit or get up and doing that is painful, stair climbing is difficult, then it might be the beginning of knee arthritis or other knee joint problem, also resulting in muscle weakness around the knee. So get a orthopedic consultation and a physiotherapy consultation personally.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Yes, this may be true because of your age and a lot of stress. I suspect that you are going through a spurt in the production of the male sex hormone, which affects you in three ways quite unknown to you. First, there will be a sexual agenda that it will kick off, secondly, there will be aggressiveness and rebelliousness, and thirdly, you will suffer from acne and pimple problems. This is the effect of the hormone that has a duration of almost two years and you will have no control over it. But if you have a good value system you will tide over this phase without significant damage. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring along some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Only under the supervision of a doctor. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters.

DEAR LYBRATE USER.....you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time..... …..1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …..3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily ,spicy ,junk, fermented and stale foods….5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea....A)take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep.... B) take 30 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water....C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals,....D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep......do all things for 15 days......this formulation is 100% effective...consult to me for further suggestion....THANKS

I have lost most of my haif now am going to be bald soon I had dengue 2 times I noticed after that I lost my hair may be cause of the medicine is there any way to regrow my hair back and have volume to it or will it grow to just cover up m looking for an honest answer actually I have this as my last second resort if not I was planning to go for a hair weaving is it ok safe? 1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.
