Eating a healthy, balanced diet that's low in saturated fats can reduce your level of LDL (bad cholesterol). Try to avoid or cut down on the following foods, which are high in saturated fat: fatty cuts of meat and meat products, such as sausages and pies butter, ghee and lard cream, soured cream, crème fraîche and ice cream cheese, particularly hard cheese cakes and biscuits milk chocolate coconut oil, coconut cream and palm oil The government recommends that a maximum of 11% of a person's food energy should come from saturated fat. This equates to no more than: 30g of saturated fat a day for the average man 20g of saturated fat a day for the average woman Children should have less. Check the labels on the foods you're eating to find out how much saturated fat you're consuming. Read more about the saturated fat guidelines. Omega-3 fatty acids Many experts believe that the fats found in avocados and oily fish, such as mackerel, salmon and tuna, are good for you. These are known as omega-3 fatty acids and high doses can improve (lower) triglyceride levels in some people. However, too much omega-3 fatty acids can contribute to obesity. For people with a high triglyceride level, at least two portions of oily fish a week is thought to be beneficial. However, there's no evidence that taking omega-3 fatty acid supplements has the same benefit.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Take 6 dried figs 2. Take 30 g raisins 3. Soak both in water overnight 4. Eat in 2 doses through the next day Causes: • Excessive physical activity • Skipping meals • Fasting • Emotional stress • Genetic factors • Hyper-active thyroid leading to frequent bowel movement • Inability to absorb food causing loss of fat this is very helpful.

I had pimples, still having some of them but becoz of winters they get reduced, but the marks and black spots of old pimples are still there on my cheeks, forehead. I was taking medicines since very long time not regularly but only when pimple appear during summers, please suggest some medicines to remove all the marks from my face and also a permanent treatment of pimples which always appear mostly in summers. acne is a problem commonly seen in this age group. It is due to the increase of androgen hormones which happens at this age. They act on your sebaceous glands and enlarge them. In addition to this, your lifestyle affects the development of pimples. Consuming milk and other dairy products enhance igf and increase pimples, so cut down on them. Avoid cosmetics since they clog pores and lead to more pimples. Stress enhances acne, so employ relaxation techniques. Yoga helps decrease negative acne forming chemicals. Soaps and scrubs won't help anyway, but a mild salicylic acid face wash can definitely help. Steam increases pores, so wash face with cold water twice daily. Eat plenty of carrots and spinach. Drink water. Understand that this problem will come and go till a certain age after which it'll attain control. Apply kojivit gel twice daily over spots.

Please check your eating habits and sleep pattern. If you can balance everything: the diet (a balanced diet which includes fruits and vegetables), daily exercise (also add Yoga) and proper rest (sleep at the same time everyday) and keep yourself pleasant (do something creative to relax the mind) then you should feel better.
