You should take good amount of liquids and diet containing lots roughage so as to pass soft stools. Can apply local anaesthetic creams to reduce the pain. You may take some mild laxatives too.

Dear lybrate-user. A small stone in kidney is usually not a cause for pain. There might be a small stone that must have passed in to urine tubes and causing pain. Please have a proper consultation. Thanks.

Hello lybrate-user, frequently urination is not a disease its a symptom of any disease like sugar, urinary track infection, testical infection, swelling of urethra, get done your test by nearest lab. Get done your sonography, blood sugar, urine analysis, it will diagnose your problem.

I am 30 year old male gets mild pain on back near kidney area and don't drink much water also.

Diploma In Orthopaedics (D. Ortho)

Hello, First of all its very bad habit of not drinking much of water. Human body needs much water. If water intake is less kidneys had to retain water and produce concentrated urine which leads to salt precipitation and stone formation. Which causes pain. Pls get your sonography done and feel free to share your reports with me. Thanks.

Dear lybrate user normally urine is straw coloured but if intake of water is less it may be dark yellowish and whitish when water intake is more since no pain, burning or fever is there it may not be any infection so drink plenty of water more vegetables and whole fruits and still if this tendency persists you need internal constitutional treatment for cure.
