take 8 hours of sleep, eat green vegetables, take a break of 10 min every 1 and a half hour of work, take more liquids like juice, lime water, water etc. if u work on computer then google computer vision syndrome and read few articles.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap.

Hello, Sometimes the date of menses do vary, may be because of nutritional deficiencies, more stress/ tension, physical exertion of any kind, etc. Take healthy food, avoid unhealthy ones, take 6-9hrs.of sound sleep, do light exercises daily - means lead a healthy lifestyle! The commonest cause is nutritional deficiency. So, meantime, suggesting you general tonics which will supply your body with calcium and iron - Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - take both the medicines thrice a day daily for 1 month.

What are the symptoms of dengue fever?
The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

I got married 3 years back My wife age 23 years mother of a 2 year old son is very short tempered, it's sometimes uncontrollable she gets angry without any reason even threatens to die. She also suffers from the problem of white discharge. Please help what should I do or is there any medicine to make her normal.

Take you wife to a gynaecologist for the problem of white discharge. Let her also get her thyroid and hormone levels checked. If there is some imbalance with thyroid and/or hormone levels that might cause her irritation/mood swings. If there is no physical reason for her severe anger, then you will have to look into her emotional needs. Talk to her openly, ask her what is making her so angry, what change will make her happy? after the birth of your son, she has lost her freedom, and suddenly has is shouldering a huge responsibility. She may not be getting enough or any time for her own self. This might be irritating her. Try to get some help to look after the baby. You also can share her burden by looking after your son for some time every day. Encourage your wife to go for yoga, walk or some other exercise of her choice every day. Let her pursue some hobby or a part time job. She needs to do something which will boost her self confidence. Assure her of your love and support. You may take her to a counsellor, who will help her to relieve her stress. Take care.

1) I used to feel slight burns in my stomach sometimes. 2) I feel something stuck feeling only on right side of food pipe. Like if I intake some liquid I used feel it touching left side or going on left side more and feel less on right side. Is it due to acidity. If yes please suggest proper actions. Also actually I was having a hair line jaw fracture about 8 month ago, there may some slight dislocation of jaw. Is this could related to above mention problem. Right now no problem with jaw only a slight dislocation I can feel but does not trouble me.

hi. you are suffering from peptic ulcer disease with some element of GERD. jaw fracture may be related as you may have taken pain killers during that event which may have caused ulcers. you ll require medications for 2 wks atleast. you can consult online for tht.

A diet for typhoid patients should be one that is light and easy to digest. Keep in mind that a patient who has typhoid has a low appetite. It is vital therefore, to ensure that such a patient is given a high calorie and high protein diet. This is essential as it aids the patient’s recovery. A patient’s energy and protein reserves are depleted at this time due to the lack of appetite and subsequent low intake, as well as the typhoid fever. Sufficient fluids should be a part of this diet and these should be given at short intervals. Egg and dairy products are good sources of protein. Dear it occurs naturally when u gain weight there is formation of new fat cells in body outside and inside. if u do work out that cells decreases in size and if u start calories intake, they will grow again. So u continuously need to work out daily upto three months.Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Try the remedies below they can help u to gain consistency in ur weight. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Permanent filling leads to pain 1. If this pain you r feeling during chewing food or during biting hard please check for any high points on restoration 2. And if it's continously paining please do visit to dentist nearby get xray done and if cavity is approaching upto pulp. Get root canal treatment and prosthetic cap done.
