These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. You are going through a depression and you need counseling and may be a doctor's prescription. When you have the desire to be happy, you must cling on to that thought because the brain will produce neurotransmitters to promote that feeling. I know it is difficult to hold on to that thought but it is cardinal to your well being. Without concentration the mind goes here, there and everywhere, jumping like a monkey from branch to branch, idea to idea. When there is a natural concentration, we can control our mind and there is peace. This one-pointed concentration on a thought, holding it for as long as we like, gradually collects strength in the mind and in the self. A strong mind is a mind that is peaceful, stable, satisfied and can remain in the deeper meaning of a thought. There is no waste caused by over-thinking, or the high speed of thought: These are the two greatest diseases of the mind these days, which is why there is so much stress and mental breakdown. You can follow these simple rules: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. A counselor is there only to facilitate you (if you need one, that is), all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Pimples & pimples marks are very common problem in youngsters, treatment of pimples depends on the severity of infections which are basically in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. If you want complete cure of pimples you have to be infection free, as skin have very little blood supply, so it takes little time to remove infections. pl.give details about that your body is heating. and You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t.g. and obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. If you are not tired after your night shift, you can go for gym in the morning. Or else, you can take rest in the morning after your shift and then go for gym after lunch /brunch, atleast 2 -3 hours after the meal..

You are having severe headache for last 1 week then what is stopping you from going to a doctor? please consult a doctor at the earliest. There are a number of reason for headache. It can be because of weak eye sight, stress, indigestion, cold, or may be because of the heat etc. The doctor will check you and tell you what is causing this headache. If you are depressed and are unable to sleep and if you know the reason, what is causing this, then please try to analyse the situation. If you are under stress because of some problems try to see how many options you have to come out of the situation. Weigh pros and cons of each option and then take the option most suitable for you. If you are feeling stuck talk to your elders in the family. Or else seek some professional guidance. Please don't suffer silently like this. Take some action. All the best.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily..>> Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

Hi, actually abdominal fat is stubborn fat, it does not get rid of easily unless you do exercise. Specially need to do tummy flattening exercises. And also in diet they should not to consume rice too much instead of have brown rice and have fat burner foods like berries, chia seeds, green tea will help him to reduce his tummy. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. If done right, in the right technique, you can work out. Do not jump into heavy weights without gradually with practice moving on to it. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Dietary and other lifestyle changes can help you control and prevent high blood pressure. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm hg. This eating plan is known as the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (dash) diet. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and total fat. If you're overweight, losing even 3 kgs can lower your blood pressure. Strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day.
