Common and annoying, blackheads or whiteheads occur when your pores become clogged with excess sebum (an oil created by the sebaceous glands that keeps skin supple) and dead skin cells. The difference between a black head and a white head is simply whether or not the pore is open or closed. If the pore is open, the plug of sebum/skin cells oxidizes as it is in contact with the oxygen in the air, which turns it black. Blackheads are not caused by dirt. Let’s make that clear from the beginning. Scrubbing your face obsessively is not a good way to get rid of your blackheads, and is only going to make it worse. Since blackheads are caused by open, clogged, pores reacting to oxygen, it only makes sense that “shrinking” your pores down will help. Lemon juice is just the astringent substance needed to get the job done, however, it can lighten skin temporarily and it does make you sensitive to the sun, so use a sunscreen. If you have sensitive skin, try diluting the lemon juice with water first.

You have to accept the circumstances sanctimonious and forget him .If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. And if these are not useful you need antidepressants 1. Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Take following remedies 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Ideal range should be 73-85 kg. Do's and donot's:: 1.Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 2.. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 3. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 4.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. There are ayurvedic medicines that help to loose weight without any side effects. Follow up after 10 days for further management.

Hi sir 1 week ago when I was playing football suddenly lower rt back catched. Till now its paining. If I bend also its pains. Please tell me precautions for that ?

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use this no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed use hot water bag. It may have to be further investigated.

Treating dark circles around eyes 1.Drinking lots of water is good 2.Take nutritious and timely food. 3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. 4.Have timely and adequate sleep. This is one of the major reasons for sagging of skin 5.Be relaxed and avoid tension 6.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. 7.Don?t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun.. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. Your complexion will improve and dark rings will disappear.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patanjali ayurved) along with 30ml of water after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days. To stop hair fall change food habits add in your daily food calcium vitamins and minerals proteins milk end milk product's etc. Do aerobic exercise and yoga will help. Actually lip dryness could also be due to dehydration and loss of nutrients in the body. Make sure to drink 8-9 glasses of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables daily. Apply a good balm every hour on lips.

Yes avoid egg. The homeopathic goal is to lower high cholesterol to desired levels to prevent coronary heart disease. Diet modification is recommended. High Blood Cholesterol Healing Diet 1. Eat a well-balanced, high-fiber diet based on whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. 2. Eat more fish and less meat. 3.Increase soluble fiber intake, it improves lipid production.   4. Avoid foods high in saturated fats such as margarine, fermented cheese, whole milk, vegetable shortening, poultry skin, lamb, sauces, fried food, andice cream. 5. Avoid cholesterol-rich foods such as egg yolk, seafood, anchovies, sardines, and baked goods made with eggs. 6. Choose good fats such as monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and omega-3essential fatty acids. 7. Garlic helps reduce high cholesterol. In the morning take a tiny piece of garlicand crush it with the knife. Follow with a glass of water (swallowing instead of chewing avoids garlic breath). The allicin in garlic also helps lowers high blood pressure and prevents blood clotting. 8. Have a glass of red wine at dinner, it increases HDL production. 9. Drink eight to ten glasses of water, per day. 10. Engage in 30 minutes of physical activity. 11. Stop smoking.

When dealing with low blood pressure, it is usually suggested to increase your salt and fluid intake. Before increasing yoursalt consumption, do check with your doctor. Also, cut down on alcoholic beverages and high-carbohydrate foods such asbread, rice, pasta, and potatoes.

You are having geographic tongue geographic tongue is the name of a condition that gets its name from its map-like appearance on the upper surface and sides of the tongue. It may occur in other areas of your mouth, as well. You must understand and will be relieved to know that geographic tongue is a harmless, benign condition that isn't linked to any infection. Two other names for geographic tongue are benign migratory glossitis and erythema migrans. However, it tends to affect middle-aged or older adults more often.
