Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Thyroid gland regulates to metabolism and leads to weight gain. Take your medicines regularly. Increase your activity level by 30-40 min, Go for short walks after meals. Increase your water and fibre intake. Include bran, whole wheat, onions, tomatoes. Eat iodised salt. Eat 5-6 mini meals. Drink green tea and a glass of warm water with lemon in it early in the morning. Eat carrots, whole grain cereals, avocado, apricots, fish, olive oil. Avoid broccoli, cabbage, peanuts, mustard, kale, soy products. Follow a healthy diet plan. For a personal diet plan contact me privately.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! The only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. If you go to the gym, make sure to do only what YOU can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity and diet is good.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Plan on eating 30 minutes to two hours before working out, depending the time of workout and on how large a meal you have. This is important because you want the energy from the meal you just ate without it sitting heavy in your stomach while you are working out. A high-carbohydrate, low-fat meal that has a moderate amount of protein is easy to digest and will help you maintain your blood sugar. Examples of a great pre-workout meal include potato/ fruit, an egg whites and a piece or a fruit smoothie or a fruit yoghurt which has just the right amount of carbohydrates and protein.

For hair fall take Tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Use shampoo like Vichy Nourishing Reparative shampoo/Anaphase shampoo. Increase intake of protein diet.

Excess body weight is one of the biggest health problems in the world. The number of people who are obese continues to rise, along with a growing prevalence of related health problems. Poor lifestyle choices, unhealthy diets, excessive drinking, lack of physical activity, lack of sleep, excessive stress and other similar habits contribute to weight gain. Genetic factors and hormonal problems also can be factors. The desire to lose weight should come from within, but making it happen takes more than desire. It takes commitment and a well-thought-out plan along with eating healthy foods, you must adopt healthy eating habits. This will help you reach your weight loss goal faster, eat only when you are hungry, not just because it' s time to eat, eat slowly and chew your food properly. This will help you feel full, and the very act of chewing will leave you feeling more satisfied, always eat breakfast. A healthy breakfast should consist of carbohydrates and protein with some fat. This will help keep your blood-sugar levels steady and hunger pangs at bay instead of 2 large meals, have smaller and more frequent meals. Keep track of the portion size, eat a healthy snack every 3 hours to keep your blood sugar levels stable, never skip any of your meals as it leads to increased hunger, which will result in binge eating, do not eat meals in front of the tv as it can lead to overeating. Always be conscious of what you are eating and how much you are eating. Do not eat your dinner too late and avoid going to sleep immediately after dinner any query, inform me. For diet chart here are some of the best exercises for weight loss, walking is a low-impact exercise that you should do daily. Walking 45 minutes a day is a good option jogging and running are high-impact exercises that you can do 5 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes, swimming is another highly effective exercise for weight loss and toning. Enjoy swimming a few times a week, bicycling is another low-impact and highly effective exercise for losing weight, jumping rope also helps to lose weight. Just 10 minutes of rope jumping daily is beneficial.

Firstly, don't bite your lips. Apply a lip balm without color or flavour in it on lips. Use ghee, cream, or vaseline. Don't use menthol containing items. Avoid mints. Steer away from silver coated sweets. You vil also need a few medications.

Sir I m nilesh I have a problem of snoring (kharate) so what I do for that. In low cost or by it simple; e way.

Dear, Snoring occurs when you can't move your air through nose and throat during sleep. So air vibrate the surrounding tissues and snoring sound. Causes of snoring • overwight or obesity • Age - in middle age muscle of throat muscle decreases. • nasal problem (blocked or stuffy nose) • Alcohol, smoking, medication • Sleep posture These are some methods & instruction for releif in snoring: • Exercise daily and running, jogging. Do long breathing exercise pranayam daily. • Clear nasal passage (nose) before sleeping. You can take steam for 2 - 3 minutes to clear the passage. • Change your sleeping position, elevate your pillow slightly while sleeping. • Sleep on a side not on back. • Avoid smoking and excess drinking alcohol. Do not take sedative medicines. • You can do some throat exercises. Repeat these vowel a, e, i, o, you loudly three minutes few times in a day. Place your tongue tip behind your teeth and move backward three times in a day. Move your jaw in left side with open mouth for 30 seconds and in right side for 30 seconds. • You can also try for anti snoring mouth appliance.

Continuous taking medicine it is always not good. Going any type of medicine it is also not good. Every medicine has its side effects. So better to do not depend on medicine. Anxiety and depression both are psychological disorders. You are already use medication. Now it is better to consult psychologist. No side effects in psychological counselling. It is always helps to overcome to come out of the present status. Behaviour therapy helps to you very much. It is permanent therapy. No side effects. It is always good for you. So better to consult psychologist. Be happy and be sociable. Be friendly with others. Ok best of luck.
