Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Have thyroid reading is 8.54 taking thyronorm 75mcg. Now facing the problem of giddiness often. Some doctors have said this is vertigo and nausea and now suggested for CT brain test. What should I do now and how can I get back to my normal state. Please suggest me the best.

This thyroid value that you are telling, is it t3 or tsh? please specify or consult your doctor to assess if you are hypo/hyperthyroid or in a normal state with 75 mcg thyronorm. Thyroid abnormalities may also cause you these symptoms. However vertigo and nausea problem may be due to disease of ear like miniers disease, or labrynthitis for which you need to consult an ent specialist. Ct brain will help to identify the doctor any neurological diseases if any. Hope this helps.

Yaa can understand your feelings of pain. Don't worry. Addiction is a disease which is controllable. Due to addiction lots of health issues can create. Whatever you explained that calls the symptoms of the disease. , go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakarma procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

I am not able to stop thinking, worrying too much. Want to talk many things to someone but not able to trust anyone. Not able to sleep properly, causing headache, anxiety and weakness. I never discussed" my personal life, what I think" with anyone before 3 moths ago. Three months ago, for the first time I tried discussing my life problems with someone I trusted in my life and I cried a lot (after 6 years) and felt too comfortable for almost a week, I got some other situations and thought of discussing the same but I got a reply" you always need reasons to cry" and afterwards not being able to communicate anything to anyone, even general talk seems impossible with friends and colleagues. Always feel alone in spite of sitting in a group of people. Thoughts usually trigger in my mind and pump up my heartbeats and my hands temp starts decreasing and I feel little shivering. I wasn't an Emotional person since 5 months ago but now I am crying almost 8-10 hrs a day sitting alone in my room. Situation is getting worse that I have started hurting myself (cuts on body) to divert the pain, overdose of medicine to sleep, attempt to quit etc. Want to run somewhere far far from this world. My close friends got to know regarding my depression but I am not able to convey my situation to them (i don't feel comfortable explaining my situations to them and also somewhere in mind I have trust issues). I have almost lost all of them, now I feel too much alone and negativity:(Nobody understand me, even due to this situation my behaviour pattern is changing drastically and I am loosing my close friends. I am trying to keep myself busy as much as possible but still not able to control my thought. I am doing yoga and meditation daily almost 1hr 30 min but seems non-effective. I am not able to sleep properly from last 5 months (usually 4 hrs that too not continuous). Thoughts are running in my mind without having any control. I tried for exercise and walk but is ineffective. Not able to understand what to do? I tried online counselling but not felt comfortable sharing my personal information and I stopped. If possible suggest me some non prescribed sleeping pills so that I can sleep properly without any thoughts. Please help.

Hi lybrate-user, I feel you have lots of things to be opened up. You have closed your thoughts so tightly that it is suffocating you now. A visit to a psychologist should have help you but unfortunately, that didn't worked out well. You said this started six years back. I strongly believe that something has triggered your problem at that time. And from past six years your are going through this suffering. A sleeping pill is not a solution for this. I understand the feeling of rejection when you trusted a person and opened up but that person doesn't seems to have any patience to give you an ear. That is more hurting. You have to ignore that. But don't waste your time by thinking that nobody cares for you. It is the ultimate time to care for self. You have to start working on your problems. If you don't care for yourself then why will others care for you. So, first love yourself that will solve your half of the issues and it will help you to develop more insight into your problem, how to solve it. I strongly recommend to visit a good specialist who has much experience. And always remember that your problem can't be solved in few days. As it has taken years to develop, so it will certainly take little more time to get cured. Have patience. Through mails we can only suggest few things but what you need is a real therapy. That will bring out your fears and negative thinking. Presently you need that outlet of your yearly stuck emotions. Take care.

Low level of Testosterone cause very slow growth of beard and moustaches. For fast growth of beard apply these very useful methods: • Do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA yogasana daily. You can ask me for the details & steps of these asanas. • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day. • Do running and jogging daily as it increase the hormones levels. • Do neck massage with oil daily.

What you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. When you are greaving, your mind is continuously engaged in sad and disturbing thoughts and feeling of loss and perhaps guilt. When sadness over powers you it is difficult to feel any other feelings. Even feeling happy makes you feel guilty and uneasy. Slow but effective way to over cone sadness is to engage yourself in some neutral activities such as cleaning. Walking or readjng a light book. Once you try that for few days you may be ready for following things. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud. How wonderful! and engage your mind remembering some good qualities and good times you spent with the person you are missing. 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. Affirm what you write and add new thing in your list for 7 to10 days. If you are not feeling any change over next 2 weeks or if you lack motivation to initiate and maintain above activities feel free contact me and we could work together for few weeks to months to reverse your cycle and help you appreciate what you have. Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. Chances are that you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap because of the symptoms specified by you. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab ketorol dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Hair loss, also known as alopecia or baldness, refers to a loss of hair from the head or body. Baldness can refer to general hair loss or male pattern hair loss. Hair loss and hypotrichosis have many causes including androgenetic alopecia, fungal infection, trauma (e. G. Due to (trichotillomania), radiotherapy, chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies (e. G. iron deficiency), and autoimmune diseases (e. G. alopecia areata. Hair loss severity occurs across a spectrum with extreme examples including alopecia totalis (total loss of hair on the head) and alopecia universalis (total loss of all hair on the head and body). The most common cause of alopecia is *Androgenetic alopecia (male-pattern or female-pattern hair loss) *Androgenetic alopecia is an androgen-dependent hereditary disorder in which dihydrotestosterone plays a major role. This form of alopecia may eventually affect up to 80% of white men by the age of 70 (male-pattern hair loss) and about half of all women (female-pattern hair loss). Other common causes of hair loss are *Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) *Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) *Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, SLE, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) *Alopecia areata Less common causes are primary hair shaft abnormalities, autoimmune diseases, heavy metal poisoning, and rare dermatologic conditions. Homoeopathy offers best and permanent solution for hair loss ,the medicine should be selected based on symptom totality and correct individualisation, some medicines such as Sulphur, Lycopodium, Merc Sol, Nitricum acidum, Calcarea carb, Graphites, acid fluoric are very effective in treating hair loss.

Dear, you can easily gain weight by following simple and very important tips: 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight gain, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can some supplement protein such as soya protein, ceratin or dry milk powder. I assure you that you definitely gain weight by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hello Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.
