You are doing workout regularly it sounds great, but not working. My suggestion is to improve your metabolism and monitoring of calories will produce wonderful effect. You can take Ayurveda medicines with tremendous results for do so.

Hello, A menstrual cup is a type of feminine hygiene product which is usually made of medical grade silicone, shaped like a bell and is flexible. It is worn inside the vagina during menstruation to catch menstrual fluid (blood). About every 4–12 hours (depending on the amount of flow), the menstruating woman removes the menstrual cup from her vagina, empties the collected menstrual blood into a toilet or sink, washes the cup under running water and inserts it again. At the end of the monthly period, the cup can be sterilized, usually by boiling in water. Unlike tampons and pads, the cup collects menstrual fluid rather than absorbing it. It is not meant for VIRGINS. It can easily tear hymen.

Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

For a hypothyroid condition there is no specific or special food. And it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the thyroid levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar if having insulin resistance. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into lowered metabolism. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline. But don't give up. A good diet and exercise will help keep metabolism going.

Hello lybrate-user. 1st main thing for gaining weight, improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body. So walk regularly for good metabolism. U have two small kids so already you do not have time for yourself. But whenever you feel you feel then do light walk for good metabolism. Drink warm milk with honey before sleeping. Take high protein diet. Include nuts in your diet. Its best source for gaining weight. Always rest after taking food. Take aayurvedic chitrakadi bati tablet after meal. Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

Hi facial is cleansing and scrubbing facial massage after that nourishing massage. Sometimes touch of facial massage can aggrevat the pimples if you have already. So don't go for it. One of the minifacial called cleanup can work. You can try ayurvedic facepack for removal of dead skin.

Hi. Lybrate user. There are many reasons for hair fall / whiting and graying i. E. Heredity, hormones imbalance and fungal infections (scalp infections), few medicine's side effects i. E. Cancer medicines, arthritis, heart, high, b. P, birth control pills, high intake vitamin a medicine, depression/ stress, radiations' side effects, weak immune system. There are few tests for hair fall i. E. Hormones tests, pull tests, scalp biopsy. There are few treatments i. E. Medicines, hormones therapy, laser therapy. Wings and hair transplant for baldness. Always used our 100% hair care oil. Use also pyare lal hormone’s shampoo. It contains alovera also. Its ph level is 5.5. It helps to remove danduruf, itch, and dryness at sourse it increase scalp’s natural resistance and strength hair from root to top and hair become soft and silky. Avoid cosmetic shampoos. Coconuts oil also apply on hair. Also use plh’s hair oil daily. Drink mineral water or drop.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Malaria is a life-threatening disease transmitted through bite of anopheles mosquito infected with a plasmodium parasite.The parasites travel to the liver, where they mature and infect red blood cells. Symptoms of malaria develop within 1-4 weeks following the infection.like: high fever with shaking chills profuse sweating headache nausea/vomiting diarrhea/bloody stools anemia muscle pain seizures coma Dragging heavy sensation in abdomen(Enlarged spleen). Symptoms may appear in cycles. Episodes of symptoms may occur every 48 hours in infection with P. Vivax or P. Ovale. This cycle of symptoms is also one of the major signs that you are infected with malaria. P. falciparumdoes not usually cause a regular, cyclic fever.Infection with this species is more serious and life threatening..

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Your height is not mentioned and for weight loose some workouts and diet chart are needed... 3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
