This weight of baby is little less as per indian standards. But a usg is never 100% exact in determining the weight of baby. Still as per indian standards, weight between 2.5-3.5 kgs is considered normal and healthy. Another thing is baby moments might decrease under certain circumstances such as less intake of liquids by mother. Try drinking lots of coconut water a well as ors- l at least once a day. When you feel less moments, just breathe deeply for ten -15 min and drink water/juice/milk with sugar and wait for some time. Still if you are not satisfied, a personal check up should be done by your obstetrician to ellicit fetal well being and growth. Good luck.

Hello- If menstrual flow is obstructed the blood clots inside uterus and comes out in next menstrual cycle. Obstruction in menses blood is due to improper bowel/constipation just before the menses. It can be cured by the use of Fal Ghrita.

Hello, as long as the cycles are 23-35 days, they are normal, however a single cycle with a delay is not to be considered as th pattern can be studies with at least 3 months cycles. So watch your cycles for 3 months, this delay is possible after marriage for initial 6 months before hormones resettle.

Hi lybrate-user, for conceiving you will have to visit a infertility specialist/IVF specialist. Thyroid and fibroid both can affect your fertility to great levels. If you have fibroids and are trying to get pregnant, it’s important to discuss with your doctor whether the fibroids are in places that might prevent you from doing so, or are in places that could cause complications in pregnancy. If so, fibroid treatment is usually recommended. Removing fibroids to improve the chance for conception and pregnancy may be recommended to you. Often, a doctor will suggest a surgery called ‘myomectomy’. Myomectomy cuts out existing fibroids. Also there is a non-surgical approach that ends fibroids and aids in fertility. Yes. It’s called Uterine Fibroid Embolization. Embolization shrinks fibroids instead of cutting them out. It is a minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure. It works by blocking the blood supply to each fibroid, ending its ability to thrive and grow. Embolization doesn’t involve cutting or cause any scarring. And embolization is extremely precise. It addresses only fibroids, leaving all other tissue healthy and whole. As the fibroids shrink, so do the fertility problems they create. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

I had some moments with my gf and evrytime when I used to even kiss her or touch her organs I experience some fluid get release do not why and what is happening Pls suggest me is it normal?

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
What you are noticing is the pre-ejaculation fluid coming out of your penis, which in slang terms is sometimes called pre-cum. When you are feeling romantic, whether talking on the telephone or even just holding hands with your girlfriend, your body doesn't know if those romantic feelings are going to lead to sexual intercourse or not. Obviously it should not until you are married, but your body doesn't know that. All it notices is that your are sexually aroused. Homoepathic treatment cures pre cum without side effects. You can Consult me for homoepathic treatment and for further help.

5 Reasons Why Microwaving Food is Only Killing it!

5 Reasons Why Microwaving Food is Only Killing it!

One appliance that has emerged as a lifesaver in the kitchen is the microwave. This product has transformed the way we cook and have our food.

However, we fail to think about the health benefits of the food that has been microwaved!

Here are five reasons why you should NOT microwave your food!

1. Nonionising radiation: Most of us primarily use the microwave to heat up food and to defrost frozen and packaged food. The microwave carries out these processes by releasing a series of heat waves also known as nonionising radiation, which alters the very composition of your food, making it harmful or less than ideal for your system.

2. High temperatures within a short span of time: When we use the microwave to heat up or defrost or even cook something in a few seconds or minutes, the device emanates an unusually high temperature within that short span of time. The result is that the food experiences a great deal of nutrient loss.

3. Consuming a toxic meal: When you heat a pre pre-packaged meal or meat and frozen vegetables in the microwave, it mixes with the toxins released by the plastic packaging thanks to the heat waves within the microwave. This can cause harmful effects on your health in the long run, including cardiac disease and abnormal hormonal conditions.

4. Damage to the Nervous System: Food processed in the microwave can lead to a process called 'shorting out' which alters the electrical impulses in your nervous system and brain. This damage is usually permanent.

5. Cancerous cell growth: Using the microwave to process your food can lead not only to a loss of nourishment but also to an increase in cancer causing substances in food. When ingested, this food can prove to be dangerous.

'Consult'.
